Set in the foothills of the Safor Mountains,Villa Narnia occupies a beautiful location on Monte Corona in the fabulous orange grove province of Valencia. Villa Narnia is secure and private with its own large floodlit pool. Within easy reach of both Valencia Airport (55 mins) and Alicante Airport (90 mins). The fabulous beaches of Oliva, Gandia and Daimus 15-20 minutes away. The villa will comfortably sleep 6 persons in 3 bedrooms. The main lounge and dining area are air-conditioned. Villa Narnia enjoys large terraces on 2 levels, there is also a covered terrace where one can relax with a glass of wine and watch the sun setting over the mountains and orange groves. Mature gardens surround the villa with tropical flowers assorted palms, peach and banana trees to name but a few. To compliment the lovely upper terrace is an outdoor eating area with seating for 6 persons. Also outside next to the pool is a hot and cold shower. There is of course a gas BBQ.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and large fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a large fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds and a large fitted wardrobe.
Bathrooms: The master bedroom en suite with a shower room and WC.
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a second bathroom which has a bath and shower and WC.
Kitchen: The fitted kitchen is fully equipped including cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. All cutlery, crockery, pans, glasses are supplied.
Utility Room: The utility room houses the washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, mops and brushes etc.
Living Rooms: The living area has an excellent TV which will receive all Spanish channels also a limited satellite system. The system is complemented by a DVD player. There is also a good quality CD stereo system.
Other: The inside dining area offers seating for 6 persons in comfort. There are excellent outdoor eating areas. Free Internet Access is available (please note: this service is subject to availability)

This property is maintained to a very high standard by our representatives who are always on hand to assist with any problems. Long term winter lets are possible with full central heating if required through the winter period. A car is essential to fully enjoy the surrounding areas. Pets are not permitted.

Accessibility
There are several steps up to the first level at Villa Narnia, with this in mind it would appear that the villa would be un-suitable for people with a mobility problem. However once up to the first level, Villa Narnia is quite mobility friendly. Please check out the Villa Narnia website!

Outside
The pool at Villa Narnia does not have a paddling area, however leading into the pool are large roman steps. Young children must be supervised at all times in and around the pool. The owners of Villa Narnia will not be held responsible for any accidents around the villa or pool.
Villa Narnia has beautiful tropical mature gardens. Terraces on two levels including a covered terrace. Large private swimming pool. Outdoor hot and cold shower. Outdoor eating area for 6 persons. Weber gas BBQ.

Coast/Beach
The award winning Blue Flag sandy beaches at Gandia, Oliva and Daimus are where the Spanish head for their holidays. They are without doubt some of the finest beaches in Spain. There are also marinas at both Gandia and Oliva. The stunning scenery that surrounds the Safor mountains attracts keen walkers and cyclist. The website provides lots of interesting links for places to see and things to do for all ages and interests.

Golf
There are several golf courses around Gandia and Oliva including Oliva Nova Golf Complex. This famous 18 hole course was designed by Seve Ballesteros. Please see the Villa Narnia website for local information.

Travel
Getting to Villa Narnia could not be easier with cheap flights coming to Valencia and Alicante airports from all over the world. Car hire is a must to be able to explore Spain and is relatively cheap. Please see website for links for flights and car hire. Driving directions to Villa Narnia from your arrival airport will be sent with your booking confirmation.

Distances
Nearest villages to Villa Narnia are Ador and Villalonga which are less than 10 mins away. Typical sleepy Spanish villages but with all amenities. Food shopping is well catered for in the local village of Villalonga. Fresh produce, fish and all types of seafood are always available. Doctors, pharmacy and even dentist are all available in Villalonga. Just 10 mins drive away is the historic cultural town of Gandia, A more lively nightlife can be found in nearby Gandia Playa and Playa Grau.

Further details
Gandia is situated at the northern tip of the Costa Blanca known as the Costa del Azahar. This Valencian province is also known as the Orange Blossom Coast. A 50 min train journey takes you to the centre of Valencia itself which is must for every traveller, a truly fantastic city! In Spain markets are a way of life. At nearby Gandia, market day is on a Saturday. At Oliva market day is every Friday. Behind the mountain where Villa Narnia nestles is La Llacuna, a drive or walk through the mountain tunnels is breathtaking. There you will see waterfalls, lagoons and fresh water springs where the locals collect their water straight from the mountain itself! Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, petrol stations, pharmacy, doctors, dentists etc are all within 10 mins.

Bookings can be made by email or telephone. A deposit of £250 per week will secure your booking. The remainder of the rental price is payable eight weeks prior to arrival. A refundable deposit of £200 is payable upon arrival, this is to cater for any breakages/damage incurred and will be refunded upon the day of departure. Villa Narnia is in a fantastic quiet location, wonderful views, wonderful place, although did not find the witch in the wardrobe!
