El Mochuelo is a lovely 4 bed villa which has been tastefully refurbished to a very high standard. It is situated in the favoured El Coto area. Restaurants, bars and shops in the area are only about 10 minutes walk away. The villa has panoramic sea and mountain views and overlooks the town of Fuengirola with its vast selection of restaurants, bars, boutiques, banks, sandy beaches and Aqua Park. There is also a marina with its weekly market and selection of restaurants and entertainment. The enchanting 9th century Andalucian village of Mijas is about 15 minutes drive away and is a must to visit.

| Kitchen: | The fully fitted kitchen is very well equipped to include oven, and hob fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. |
| Utility Room: | The separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | The large lounge/dining area is complimented with large comfortable settees, dining suite, 37' satellite TV, DVD and broadband computer. French doors open onto the sun terrace, which overlooks the garden. Further French doors lead into the conservatory. |
| Other: | The studio makes up the fourth bedroom and third bathroom; it is on the lower floor at pool level, accessible via external steps. It has a kitchen equipped with microwave, electric hob, a dining area, a double bed plus a futon and air-conditioning. |

Bedlinen and towels are provided and changed weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
In addition to the sitting room there is a bright airy conservatory which is furnished with relaxing chairs and low table, it is fitted with tinted safety glass curtains which when open fully create a much welcome breeze in the heart of the summer.
Outside
The sun terrace overlooks the garden and views of Fuengirola town, the terrace is furnished with patio table and chairs for alfresco dinning. The well maintained gardens offer privacy and various seating areas for both sun and shade.
Coast/Beach
Fuengirola Beach is 3km. Mijas Village is about 15 min drive.
Travel
Malaga Airport is 30km. Fuengirola Train station is approx 3km.

Local airport: Malaga. Fuengirola is 30km approx. 20 minutes drive by car. Budget airlines:fly from various airports to Malaga. Car hire is available by numerous companies,
The train from the airport to Fuengirola cost 2-3 euros and then a taxi from Fuengirola station to the villa is about 8 euros. A taxi from Malaga Airport to the villa will cost approx 40 euros. We had a lovely family time there and enjoyed all the great aspects, your sun lounge with the ultra comfortable furniture and lovely views, the pool which was just perfect. We loved how well designed it was and that you had thought of everything, down to the needles and threads. How considerate of you to provide internet access and Sky TV.
