A restaurant, supermarket, bank and bar are available on the development and 15 minutes by car are the towns of Denia or Javea, where the bars, restaurants and nightlife are numerous.

Changeover day
You must vacate the property by 10.00am on day of departure and arrive after 4.00pm. Change over day must be a Saturday in July and August.

Notes on accommodation
Smoking is forbidden inside the house. No pets/animals. A car is essential to visit the numerous varied attractions along the Costa Blanca. The villa is air-conditioned and is included in the price.

Campo de Golf El Saler 18 holes, Par 72, Design by Javier Arana. El Saler Golf club was voted the 2nd best golf course in Europe, by Golf World, and has hosted to a number of Spanish opens, this is a 'must' for the golf enthusiast. Only 1 hour drive from Monte Pego.

Skiing is available two hours north by car in Valdelinares and Javalambre
Travel
Alicante 70 mins on the motorway. Valencia 70 mins on the motorway. Murcia 115 mns on th emotorway. Car is essential.
Distances
Denia is the nearest large town/city and is about 10 miles away. The town of Pego is anout 5/6 miles away. 30 minutes on the motorway takes you to the theme park, Terra Mitica and the water park, Aqualandia.
