It is situated in the historic town of Peniscola on the east coast of Spain in the Costa del Azahar region.1.8km from the beach and town centre, Villa Goce accommodates 8 guests in 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and an annex with bunk beds. Villa Goce has a private garden with two swings and a 7x4m private pool.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. All rental prices include the villa and bedding being cleaned before and after your stay.

Bed linen and towels included. The villa will be clean and ready for your arrival, should you be holidaying for 2 weeks or more the bedding will be changed and the pool will be cleaned at the end of each week. We also provide bath towels and tea towels. |
Notes on accommodation
Villa Goce is ideally suitable for family holidays. Peniscola is a very quaint Spanish town and is not a destination for single sex groups.

Outside
The garden is of good size and incorporates a 7m x 4m private pool and large grassed areas. The pool is surrounded by a patio area and a decked area. There is also a double swing for children to enjoy.
The pool is out of use between November and March, however there is an indoor heated pool within 5 minutes walk at La Carabella.
Coast/Beach
The 2 beautiful large sandy beaches of Peniscola and the town are situated 1.8km from Villa Goce within a pleasant walking distance (15 -20 minute walk).
Travel
Villa Goce is 1 hour from Valencia airport, 1¾ hours from Barcelona airport and 1 hour from Reus airport. There are many car rental company’s based at the airports, alternatively you can catch a train from the airports to Benicarlo station which is a 10 minute taxi ride to the villa.
Distances
The town of Peniscola and it's Castle are 1.8km from the villa. There are 2 water parks the closest is at Benicassim which is half an hour away. There are many beautiful places to explore locally. Morella is a beautiful town worth a visit. Peniscola has plenty to offer of its own and it is not necessary to venture further should you not wish.
Further details
There are a couple of restaurants within a 5 min walk of the villa and there are many more in the town itself. It is worth venturing in to the old town and discovering it's delights.
Booking notes
We require a deposit of 25% to secure your booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to departure. At the time of reserving your holiday you need to provide us with the following information by email: Name, address, telephone number, number of adults and their names, number of children, holiday dates, flight number, email address.
