Small lift access to first floor from secure underground parking for two cars.

Outside
Outside is a large private communal garden with large heated community swimming pool and changing facilities, a private garage with two parking spaces is within the 24 hour manned security gates. The gardens overlook the river and nature reserve beyond and are very peaceful and private.

Coast/Beach
Sotogrande has 3 wide sandy beaches within 15 mins walk and 10 mins drive. Equally you can visit the beach club for additional swimming pool and tennis court facilities. Other local beaches will be found within a short drive.

Golf
Sotogrande boasts 5 major golf courses within a 10 min drive. These include the world renouned Ryder Cup course at Valderrama and the Sotogrande Real and Almenara courses.

Travel
The most direct flight is from either Luton/Gatwick on Monarch/BA into Gibraltar (a 15 min drive to Sotogrande). On arrival at Gibraltar is simplest to then take the 5 min walk over the border control into Spain to La Linea (we recommend luggage with wheels as trolleys cannot be taken across!) and collect your hire car on the Spanish side. This will save a traffic queue. We recommend Crown car hire.
Alternatively he apartment is apx 1 hr from either malaga or Jerez airpots

Distances
Puerto Banus and Marbella are within 40 mins drive along the Costa del Sol and Tarifa and The Costa Del La Luz are apx 45 mins in the opposite direction. In Algeciras apx 25 mins drive you will find the ferry to Tangier. Equally Dolphin Safari, duty free shopping and the Rock of Gibraltar are all 20 mins drive.

Further details
Sotogrande has a variety of stylish bars and restaurants around the Old Port and in Pani Agua, a large supermarket is within a 7 min drive and during the peak months of July and August discreet bars and restaurants open on the beaches.

Deposit amount 50%. Balance due date 1 month before arrival. Security and breakage deposit 200 euros. Form of payment accepted: credit card / cheque / postal order / bank transfer. Payment is accepted in euros only.
