The apartment was built in May 2005 to a high specification. It is situated beside an established 18-hole golf course and 10 minutes drive from lovely sandy beaches. There are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, plus sofa beds so the apartment comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults. There are 2 bathrooms. Children are welcome, there is a travel cot and high chair. Air-conditioned plus heating for winter stays. Fully equipped kitchen including fridge freezer, oven/hob/extractor fan, microwave, washing machine, utility room, iron and ironing board. Large balcony overlooking the swimming pool, paddling pool and water feature. 2nd floor location offering far reaching views to the sea, with a lift and stairs. Secure basement garage with lockable storage room for golf clubs, bicycles etc. Cleaning of the apartment before and after your stay, bedding and towels (not beach towels) included.
