This luxurious one level villa with views of the Montgo is situated on the exclusive La Sella urbanisation about 4 miles from Denia and Javea. Both towns have beautiful beaches, marinas, restaurants, shops and bars. La Sella is surrounded by orange, lemon and almond groves near to the Montgo National Park. Within walking distance of our villa there are 8 tennis courts, riding stables, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant and bar. Close by is a communal pool for residents and guests of Los Naranjos. The villa has a quiet location and has completely private, well maintained gardens with its own garage. We have furnished the villa as our home rather than as a holiday let. A short drive away you can find the championship La Sella 18 hole golf course and 5 star Marriott Hotel and Spa. A little further away are the Jalon Valley vineyards, Benidorm, Alicante and Valencia. Denia is halfway between the airports of Alicante and Valencia and is only an hour's drive from both.

Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower over, wash basin, wc and towel cupboard. Electric radiator and wall heater.
Kitchen: American style kitchen with granite work tops. Ceramic hob and electric oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Cold water filter and coffee maker.
Utility Room: Separate utility cubicle on the front terrace with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board. etc. Outside washing sink, and there are drying facilities on the roof terrace.
Living Rooms: Large living/dining room with beamed ceiling and fireplace. 2 leather settees, sideboards, coffee table with TV, DVD player and CD/radio. Dining area has round table and 4 chairs. Windows have shutters and mosquito screens looking out onto the gardens.
Other: Large terraces and naya, equipped with BBQ, sunloungers, tables and chairs. The roof terrace has beautiful views of the Montgo. The garden is enclosed, lawned, and well stocked with flowers, shrubs and palm trees. Garage with parking space on the drive.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included but not beach towels. The villa is cleaned for your arrival and on departure. Welcome pack available on request.

Accessibility
Whilst the villa and gardens are on one level there are 2 steps to the front entrance and terrace and one step to the side and back terraces. The roof terrace would not be suitable for anyone who is disabled.

Outside
Naya and terraces provide both sun and shade and there are also many shady spots in the garden. Garden is laid to lawn with many flowers, rose bushes and palm trees. Terraces have 2 sunloungers, tables and 4 chairs with BBQ and umbrella. The gardens are automatically watered every night by a computer system and are extremely private. The roof terrace has some amazing views of the sunsets over the Montgo and is just the place to have a glass of wine and relax before a BBQ. The nearby communal swimming pool (approx 10 metres x 4 metres) has a separate children's area suitable for small children; it is gated and is for the sole use of residents and guests in Los Naranjos.

Coast/Beach
Both Denia and Javea beaches are within a 10 minute drive away with 15km of flat, safe white sandy beaches. El Arenal beach at Javea has particularly good family facilities with childrens' beach play areas as well as a large variety of bars, cafes and restauarants. Sailing and scuba diving is available in Javea and there are some good walks along Las Rotas beach in Denia and in the Montgo National Park. There is a twice daily ferry service to Ibiza.

Golf
18 hole par 72 championship golf course designed by Jose Maria Olazabel is a few minutes drive away. The course is situated close to the 5 star Marriott Hotel and Spa. The course is suitable for all levels of play and is set in stunning scenery next to the Montgo National Park. Equipment can be hired and there is also tuition available. Club handicap certificate is required to play. There are also golf courses at Javea and Oliva Nova.

Special interest holidays
The riding stables at La Sella have an outdoor menage where tuition can be booked. The stables also have daily riding treks with beautiful horses. Details can be obtained from the stable office. The tennis courts nearby are also available for hire as well as equipment. Tennis lessons can also be arranged.

Travel
The villa is 1 hour's easy car drive from both Alicante and Valencia airports along the A7 motorway. Murcia is 1hr 15 mins drive away. A car is therefore essential.

Distances
Denia is a very Spanish coastal town and is 10 mins drive away. It has a 17th century Moorish castle, a large variety of shops, bars and restaurants. From the marina you can book a fast ferry to Ibiza.The main street, the Marques de Campo is tree lined with many bars and pavement cafes. Javea is around 15 mins drive away with a marina, port and the El Arenal beach area with its own nightlife. Within easy driving distance is the Jalon Valley where you can sample the local wines in the bodegas.

Further details
The nearest village is La Xara, which is 5 mins drive away. Here there is a bank, shops and a good Mas Y Mas supermarket.

Booking notes
A 10 % deposit is required to confirm your booking with the remainder at least 8 weeks prior to departure. An additional £100 refundable security deposit is required against breakages or extra cleaning/laundry.
