Best beaches in Costa del Sol within 2 minutes walking. Port downstairs. Boat cruises to Fuengirola, dolphin rides, parachute, diving, fishing, water skiing available at the port.
Golf
Costa del Sol is also named as "Costa del Golf" with the highest concentration of golf courses. A public golf course (9 holes), 3 kilometers away has been inaugurated recently. You can assist in a free introductory class if you are a beginner. Golf fee: 13 euros. Also many other golf courses along the coast.
Skiing
1 hour driving far from Sierra Nevada ski slopes.
Travel
Nearest airport is Málaga (AGP) within 15 minutes by train, bus, or car. Car is not essential, as public transports, trains and boats are more than fine, well organized and affordable.
Distances
Close to Marbella, Mijas, Torremolinos, Mijas (all in 20 minutes by bus). Ronda (2 hours).

I´m a retired lawyer, coming from Chile, that after growing a family during 40 years and working for 35 years, and after her 4 daughters went their own, decided to look for herself, and find a place with nice people, and good weather.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I love people from Andalucía.
I love the weather in Costa del Sol.
I love to play golf at the so many golf courses around.
I can also dive, ski in Sierra Nevada, horse riding, water ski, parachuting, fishing etc... Really anything you want to do.
Cultural events are a must in the region.
3 minutes walk to the beach were I can go 8 months year.
I love to have downstairs all kind of pubs, restaurants, shopping, etc.
It´so easy to go all around Andalucía and visit so many great places.
Málaga airport is 15 minutes by car.
Granada with the famous Alhambra Palace is 150km far; Sevilla is 200km away:Córdova is 160km far.
MArbella (Puerto Banús) is 50km away.

The Port Atmosphere.
I have a studio on the upper floor were I usually live (the main apt is always rented)
The investment was incredible, because I have 2 properties for the price of one, and I can live in one and rent the other one.
So.... Great investment!, Big pleasure!!!!
I'm planning to sell it. I would like to and live for 6 months in a small town in Italy, then France, and so on.
Ah... I love to travel! and from Spain you can easily go anywhere.
