The property is on a small quiet urbanisation near the village of La Marina. It is very well situated being close to the village with its shops, restaurants and banks and also is within a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive, through a lovely pine forest to a long sandy beach.

Accessibility
It has to be noted that the accommodation is over 2 floors so the staircase may be a problem for those with severe walking disabilities.
Outside
Outside there is a tiled patio with a sheltered area with garden furniture and BBQ for outside dining overlooking a small garden.
Coast/Beach
The long sandy beach is a 5 min drive or 15 min walk through a lovely pine forest.
Golf
There are golf courses within easy reach approx 15 mins drive and indoor, outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, petanque and children's play- ground all within easy walking distance.
Travel
Alicante airport is a 20 min drive away. Car hire is not essential as there is a good bus service available for visits to nearest towns etc but would be of benefit for visits to further afield destinations or golf courses.
Distances
The nearest towns of Santa Pola to the north, Guardamar to the south are just 10 drive away while Benidorm with all it has to offer is 90 mins drive away.
Further details
The campsite 5 mins walk has a hairdresser, small supermarket, restaurant, swimming pools etc and internet facilities are available for a small charge. The village 20 min walk has banks, shops, dentist clinic bars and restaurants.
Booking notes
A deposit will be necessary as confirmation of booking with payment in full 6 weeks before departure date.

The house was lovely in a nice area where all the neighbours said hola.The restaurants were good and half the price than in the UK. The walk to the beach was easy by road and a bit more adventurous through the dunes and pines. Across the road you could spend the day around the pool sipping cool drinks from the bar for a few euros. We would recommend your lovely house to anyone who wants a quiet holiday but with all the facilities nearby. August 2007
