Also boasts a poolside barbecue and outside kitchen with all conveniences; microwave, fridge and hob. Private parking for at least four cars. Pergola covered poolside dining area for twelve people, fully lit ideal for evening dining. Pool private and unoverlooked, many floats included, south facing, sun all day.

linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included and changed weekly. If further towels are required during the week, they are available upon request. Villa cleaned twice a week. Daily maid sevice can be provided at a small extra cost if desired.

Coast/Beach
All along the 'Costa Del Azahar' there are wonderful golden sandy beaches, the nearest one being Gandia beach which is about 20 minutes drive away with an abundance of good and reasonable restaurants and beach front coffee and ice cream shops.

Golf
Golf courses can be readily found just a short motorway drive away. (30mins)

Special interest holidays
Because of the mountainous surround, walking holidays are always an option.

Travel
Valencia airport which has direct, scheduled flights from either Gatwick or Heathrow, is only an hours drive away.Alicante, which has an excellent network connecting to most of the UK's aiports, is only about 1hr 30mins away. Car Hire is essential.

Distances
Barx is the nearest village being 1km away where you can find 5 restaurants,2 supermarkets,3 butchers,chemists and Doctors surgery, sports centre and church. Gandia Town is about 13kms (15 mins) away and Gandia Beach about 20kms.
Gandia has a historical association with the Borgia family and is a very important town within Valencia.
Apart from its House of Culture, it has many beautiful squares and a wealth of wonderful shops as well as their markets, both municiple and street markets.

Detailed information of immediate surroundings can be picked up from the Library in Barx.
Valencia can be easily accessed either by car or by train from Gandia. The train service is very efficient although only having two trains per hour travelling into Valencia City possibly with an additional train in peak season.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date. For late bookings the total amount must be paid in full.
Guests are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance as these charges are non-refundable.A £100 security/breakage deposit is also payable at time of booking.
An E111 medical insurance form is also advisable and these are readily available at most local UK Post Offices.
