The apartment is in a new building on the first floor (but with access to a pedestrian street), it has a lift. 1 complete bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave grill, refrigerator, kitchenware and TV in Spanish . Terrace with views of the sea. The building has a small roof top communal pool, solarium, shower and deck chairs. The views of the sea and the mountains are magnificent. Bedlinen and towels are included but not cleaning or weekly changes.

Changeover day
In general terms, arrival from 16:00 and departures at 10:00, however we try to be flexible where possible. The changeover day per preference is on Saturdays, but also here we try to be flexible.

Each apartment has its own private terrace but there is also a shared sun deck with a minipool from about 4,5 m x 4,5 m.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is at 125 m from the beach at Carabeillo and Carabeo. A few metres more to the famous Burriana which connects with the Carabeillo beach.
Golf
Although Nerja will have its own golf course up to now the nearest golf club is at 15 km.
Skiing
The one ski possibility at the Alpujarras which is about 80 km from Nerja.
Travel
The airport of Malaga (AGP) is the nearest airport and is about 60 km (40 miles) from Nerja. There are further airports in Granada (110 Km) and Almeria (120 km).
