Balcony offers panoramic views of marina, plus views of the mountains and coast. A short walk from a wide promenade overlooking a wide sandy beach that stretches for 7km.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		Bed linen and towels provided (except beach towels). Changed weekly.

 

Notes on accommodation
Electric heaters provided for winter bookings. We request that you don't smoke in the apartment, please only do so on the balcony

Barcelona airport 2 hour drive

Nearest main line rail station is Figueres. (Connects to French TGV and links to Barcelona airport-which takes approx 2hrs).

Figueres 10km. Bay of Roses 8km. Castello D'Empuries 5km.

25% initial payment; balance due 6 weeks prior to start date. A refundable damage deposit of £75 is required with the final payment, please.
