Electric heaters provided for winter bookings. We request that you don't smoke in the apartment, please only do so on the balcony.
Could be unsuitable for small children due to 5th floor balcony.

Decided to buy this studio after renting it many times from the previous owner Mrs Kay, who we've got to know well and become very good friends with. We hope you will also find Empuriabrava to be as beautiful as we do.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We love this area for its beautiful beaches, idyllic scenery, numerous great local family owned bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here, and with it being only 1hrs drive from Girona airport makes it very easily accessable.
Unique benefits of the property
Five minutes walk to beach, shops, bars and restaurants, Perelada golf course nearby, Castello pitch and putt, driving range 5 mins drive, 2hrs drive from winter ski slopes (pyrenees) and best of all 15 minutes drive to the famous Xavi Mill Esqui Competicio waterski school (of which i am considered to be part of the furniture these days) in nearby Ventallo
