The apartment's sunny south-westerly aspect affords views over the 7th green, with the famous Valencian orange groves and mountains in the background. This is a great location for off-season holidays as well as the summer months, with spectacular mountain drives and walks less than 30 minutes away. And you don't need to be a golfer to appreciate all the amenities that Oliva Nova has to offer. Denia with its fabulous new marina, shops and restaurant is 15 mins drive. From here you can even take a trip to the Balleric Isles. Taxis can regularly be found outside the Hotel so its is not even necessary to have a car.

Accessibility
Our apartment can be accessed by lift so is suitable for less abled people.
Outside
Shaped swimming pool, surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and lawns. 2 sunbeds and 2 beach towels are provided. Private parking space within the gated development.
The large balcony is equipped with table and 4 chairs.
Coast/Beach
200 yards to Blue Flag beach, with plenty of showers. No dogs are allowed.
Golf
Located on the 18 hole PGA golf course. Driving range, golf academy (English coaches available). Clubhouse with pro-shop, restaurant and bar.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are both approx 1 hour distance by car.
Distances
Oliva is 3 kilometers. This is a typical Spanish town with an historic quarter & market. The fishing port of Denia is approx 10 kilometers. Here you will find plenty of boutiques, restaurants, bars, boat trips, and even catch a ferry to Ibiza/Mallorca.
The beautiful city of Valancia is the 3rd largest city in Spain and this can be reached by car or train in approx 1 hour. (Nearest station approx 10 miles).
The journey time to the bustling city of Alicante is around the same.
Further details
There is a small supermarket on the development, plus a bank, hairdressers and chemist. Plenty of larger supermarkets can be found in Oliva, Denia or Pego.
Also on hand are tennis courts and a health spa, located within the 4* Oliva Nova Hotel.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We fell in love with this part of Spain over 12 years ago and decided to buy our lovely apartment at Oliva Nova as we felt it really was an exclusive Resort that seemed to have everything. You will see for yourself that all of the gardens and communal areas are impeccably maintained. We were also impressed with the security. Not only are there patrol cars but the apartment is gated. You don't have to be a golfer to enjoy the views over the golf course and take advantage of the restaurant and terrace at the golf club. Its less than a 5 minute stroll to the 4 Star Hotel which has a lovely spa and gym, plus 2 wonderful restaurants. We have travelled a lot and we guarantee you will not find a better beach in Spain. All of this made us decide to buy here.
Unique benefits of the property
Our gated apartment is situated within 2 mins walk of the supermarket, chemist, bank, hairdressers, dry cleaners at Oliva Nova. There is also a nice cafe/bar. Obviously most people like to have a car at their disposal but its not necessary here. Everything is on hand and if you do want to go to Olivia or Denia, then it is easy to get a taxi. We pride ourselves on looking after our guests and offer a 'meet and greet' service where you are met in the carpark at the entrance and personally escorted to our apartment and shown where everything is. We can also offer a grocery pack for your arrival. If anything goes wrong (extremely rare) - we fix it straight away as the maintenance team are on site.
