The apartment is on the 5th floor of a small, 2 building complex. There are well maintained gardens and a large, newly refurbished pool, with snack bar, poolside changing facilities and children's paddling pool. Sunbeds and parasols are available poolside. There is 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, in addition to a comfortable lounge/dining room. The apartment comes equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including satellite TV to both the lounge and bedroom, CD player/radio, DVD player, video, iron and ironing board and washing machine. There is a 24 hour multi-lingual receptionist and several lifts to each floor. Travel information and local newspapers are available in reception. The apartment is 15 mins walk to the beach and only 7 mins to the train station.

Changeover day
We offer arrival and departure on the day of your choice, and any length of stay. Apartment will be available from the morning of your arrival date to the evening of your departure (where possible), so no need to vacate it early.

The towns of Marbella, Puerto Banus, Mijas, Benalmadena Pueblo, Torremolinos and Fuengirola are nearby. The city of Malaga is a 20 minute train ride away and is excellent for sightseeing and experiencing Spanish culture and history.

There are plenty of things to do locally. The famous Benalmadena Marina, with its shops, restaurants, bars and clubs is definately worth a visit. Here you will be able to access a variety of boat trips, sea excursions, fishing and watersports or just sit with a cool drink and watch the world go by. Close to the apartment is the lovely 'Paloma Park' with its wildlife and fountains. There is 'Selwo' dolphin park within walking distance, where you can enjoy dolphins, seal lions and exotic bird shows. There is 'Tivoli World' theme park for children and adults alike, with rides attractions and shows by night and a breathtaking cable car ride to the top the surrounding mountains, where you can enjoy a drink and a snack, take in the magnificent views and be entertained by falcons and horses, or take a donkey ride. There are 2 markets every week in Benalmadena - on Wednesdays at Paloma Park and Fridays at Tivoli World. There are many great places to eat and drink locally, serving cuisine ranging from traditional spainsh to Mexican and Chinese. You can take the train to Malaga city centre. There are museums, ancient buildings and a fortress to visit as well as rambling, narrow backstreets filled with Spanish cafes and bars and the designer shopping centre, all situated close to the lovely port. Further afield is Gibraltar, with its famous 'rock', tax free shopping and sightseeing and the traditional Spanish towns, such as Mijas and Rhonda are nearby. There are many guided tours available for sightseeing, which can be booked cheaply from the many travel agents in town.
Booking notes
30% of rental is payable as deposit at time of booking.
Remainder of rental, plus security deposit is payable 2 calendar months before booking start date.
Providing there are no losses, breakages, damages or outstanding payments your security deposit will be returned to you within 28 days of the end of your rental.
All rental payments are non-refundable.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I bought the apartment because it is in a great location on the Costa Del Sol. The weather there is virtually guaranteed to be good for most of the year. The complex is in a quiet spot yet is near enough to all local ameneties. There is such a lot to do in Benalmadena that everyone, no matter what there age or interests, will have a great time. The beaches are spectacular and always very clean and there is plenty of activities to keep you occupied on the beautiful marina. The apartment is only 15 minutes by car from Malaga airport, or the train stops in Arroyo old town - a few minutes walk from the apartment. There are plenty of traditional Spanish bars and restaurants so that the area does not feel too commercialised, and you can always get wonderful tapas.

The property is well maintained and has a lovely pool, pretty gardens and secure parking. There is a 24 hour English speaking reception and I am good friends with the lady who cleans and maintains the apartment for me, so you I can be confident that everything is spotlessly clean for my clients. The complex is within walking distance to everything you may need, but is not directly surrounded by noisy bars and restaurants, so you can be assured of a good night's rest. The apartment itself has been fully redecorated recently and is supplied with every convenience to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
