Villa Lillian Bed and Breakfast Studio fully air-conditioned Air-con/heating available. We offer quality and friendliness. The accommodation is located approx 250m from the La Marquesa Golf and Country Club. It adjoins the owner's detached villa and has its own private patio area. We only have the one studio so you don't have to share breakfast or any other facility with anybody else, thus ensuring our undivided attention. The studio is en-suite and has a communal pool set in sumptuous gardens. It enjoys a rural location with a superb road network to all major areas of interest. The studio has complete privacy with lounge/living area/bedroom. Full Breakfast menu on request, which is served in the villa's conservatory. We are 1 mile from Rojales, 4 miles from Guardamar, 6 miles from Algorfa, 5 miles from San Fulgencio, 6 miles from Dolores, 9 miles from Catral, perfect for people who are buying properties in these areas.

Living Rooms: The Bed and Breakfast Studio is much more than just a Bedroom, it has it's own Private lounge/living area comprising of settee, table and chairs, DVD player with Free to air TV, and a Library, you don't have to share any facilities with anybody else.
Other: Light complementary breakfast is served in the conservatory in the winter time, or in the garden summer time.

Notes on accommodation
The bed and breakfast accommodation sleeps 2 or 3 people, 2 adults + 1 child, 2 Single Beds plus (1 single inflatable raised mattress very comfortable) the price for the family room is 47 euros with AC. The studio is spacious and airy with full air-con. It has its own private entrance and your very own private patio area with views of the golf course, it also contains table and chairs. It adjoins the owners detached villa, set in its own grounds. The studio has free to air 32" TV with sky news, BBC news and a handful of movie channels, music channels. Single/Double Room.Winter/Summer rate 40 Euro per night. Family Room 47 Euro per night. Minimum stay 2 nights.

Outside
The Bed and Breakfast studio has its own private Patio area,the communal swimming pool is just a short walk away. There is also access to the golf club house where you can have a meal and a quiet drink at the Bar.

Coast/Beach
The studio is approx 4.5 km from Guardamar beach resort which is a ten minute drive. Further afield you will find the beaches of Alicante, Santa Pola, Torreveija, Punta Prima, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and many many more. They are all Blue flag beaches. On the Costa Blanca coast line there is of course the resorts of Benidorm, Valencia, and to the south La Manga. All these resorts are within easy driving distance, thanks to the excellent road network.

Golf
The Bed and Breakfast overlooks the La Marquesa Golf and Country Club, this is an 18 hole championship course. In the close proximity of La Maquesa there are another 4 golf courses.

Travel
The nearest Airport is Alicante which is approx. 25 Miles away. The next Airport is Murcia (San Javier) which is approx 35 Miles away.

Distances
Apart from Ciudad Quesada where the studio is located, there is the village of Rojales which is 1.5 km away, it has a typical Spanish market on a Thursday. There is also the beach resort of Guardamar which is approx 4.5 km away. There are many Spanish villages in the area for you to visit.

Further details
In the immediate area there are countless shops, bars and restaurants all within an easy 4 minute walk. There are banks, chemists and supermarkets. For those who like to explore there are the beautiful towns of Elche, Orihuela, Murcia, and lots more. The studio is ideal for inspection trips, completion trips, as well as a holiday.

Booking notes
Payment is required on arrival in euros at the bed and breakfast studio. If booking is made well in advance of arrival 30% of booking fee is required. Payment must be made before occupancy. Checking in time no later than midnight, unless previously agreed with the owner.

About the owner
We have been running the holiday apartment for the last eight years, it has proved to be very popular with young and old alike. This year we have installed full Air-Conditioning to make it more comfortable for our clients during the hot summer months that we get in Spain. We have also installed a very large extra window to help with the ventilation. Add to this a complete renovation of the interior of the studio and we think that it will be a definite improvement for our guests. We now also do a complementary breakfast which comprises of Tea/Coffee and Toast butter and Jam, which can be served in your room or in our Breakfast Room.
