For the sun worshipper a sun terrace on the first floor and on the ground floor - a shaded area for hobbies, or open air dining, immediately overlooking the pool area. Ideal for the golfer, or holiday maker alike. On and close to two other championship golf courses, blue flag beaches and main bars / restaurants offering a vibrant nightlife are 10 minutes drive away, whilst local supermarkets, local restaurants and shops are just a couple of minutes drive. An ideal situation for one to relax and enjoy.

Changeover day
Any arrival day would be considered - naturally subject to availability, although of course, weekends are busier and usually more expensive travelwise. Guests may check in any time after 3.30 pm and depart by 10 am.
| Bedrooms: | Two en-suite master bedrooms, one other large twin and one double room with bath/shower suite. All have ample space and have well fitted wardrobes and dressers. Each has its own air-conditioning unit to control individual requirements. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathrooms are very well appointed - the two en-suite having spacious shower units, whilst the twin and other double have a shower / bath facility. |
| Kitchen: | An open plan kitchen offering maximum opportunity for the chef to participate with other guests. It has glass fronted shelving for wine and other glasses, electric safety cooker, dishwasher and washing machine plus many useful gadgets. |
| Utility Room: | There is no separate utility room as this is incorporated within the kitchen space. |
| Living Rooms: | The living rooms are spacious and very comfortable - housing dining table and chairs, two good size sofas, tv plus video and dvd players. There is a large Spanish cabinet and chairs adding to the very pleasant ambience. |
| Other: | A beautiful cloak room is available for invited guests. Upstairs there are table and chairs for card/chess games and other additions to ensure a pleasant time for all concerned. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Ample towels are provided, although it would be appreciated if these are not used for the beach. Fresh linen is provided weekly, although this could be daily by seperate arrangements with the maid service. Cleaning throughout is carried out each week. |
Notes on accommodation
In addition to the personal swimming pool there is also a private communal pool should this be required. Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms. There is ample opportunity for the artist with much natural habitat within reach and of course, the golf course within five minutes walk to the first tee.
Accessibility
Downstairs bedrooms, dining areas and sitting rooms would be suitable for those with mobility problems and most facilities quite accessible for all guests. The pool is a great attraction for all.
Outside
The swimming pool is regarded as one of the very best of private pools in the area. It's surrounded by a beautiful tiled area and round that is a garden with small stones to give a particularly pleasant affect. For your convenience there is a pool shower and nearby a delightfully designed water feature where cascades of water splashes into a small pond. Naturally there are pool chairs and umbrellas stored close to the pool. A rather interesting BBQ is sited close by. As all tastes are catered for at the villa, a delightful terrace houses the outside dining table, whilst on the first floor a sun terrace is available for the sun worshipper, with a small table and chairs convenient for the whim of the minute.
Coast/Beach
Noted for its beaches in Costa Blanca, the surrounding area boasts some of the very best. Within ten to fifteen minutes drive one is spoilt for choice from the secluded bay to the lively, but delightful beach at Campoamor. In addition to lazing on the sandy beach and swimming, the walker has equal interest in trying his/her hand at the walk along the rugged coast towards Torrevieja.
Golf
The villa is situated on the famous Las Ramblas championship golf course development, with the adjacent Campoamor Golf course entrance just a few minutes walk away and Villamartin about fifteen finutes away. All are 18 hole from 5770m/6310 to 6132m/6706 yd par 72. A choice of other are within striking distance.
Special interest holidays
With much natural habitat close by, the surrounding areas are rich with subjects for the amateur and professional artist. Some forty minutes drive away is one of the best dive locations in Spain, with professional instructors available. Cycling is much enjoyed in this part of Spain and cycling lanes
are part of the highway. However, there is an irrigation canal accessible within three minutes from the villa which is a favourite with enthusiasts and runs for a considerable distance. Ideal for those with racing ambitions.
Travel
This part of the Cost Blanca is well served by the usual airlines flying into Alicante (approx. 1 hours drive) and Murcia (about 25 minutes) drive. Whilst Alicante is the busier and perhaps better served, Murcia is becoming more popular. Both airports are regarded as being better in convenience terms than many in Europe. A car is really essential in order to make full use of the facilities on offer.
Distances
The nearest main town is Cabo Roig which is perhaps eight minutes drive, but close by are several place of note including La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Villamartin. The historical city of Cartagena is less than a one hour drive....and well worth the trip.
Further details
There are several banks situated within minutes from Las Ramblas, together with a supermarket and local mini supermarket - the latter open from around 9 am to 8pm most days. Two of the restaurants most regarded are within about three minutes drive and several others about five minutes drive - plus an internet facility.
Booking notes
Please enquire from the owner regarding availability. Normally 30% deposit is required for a reservation which is non refundable and full payment 8 weeks prior to departure (except in respect of a late booking which will be specially agreed prior to confirmation). A £300 security deposit will be requested, which will be returned in accordance with our terms and conditions, once the villa has been checked by the cleaning company.
