Although we as owners live upstairs and the pool is shared, it is our aim to ensure that your stay is memorable and without intrusion. We will assist in anyway you require making that possible. We are family orientated, with Spanish speaking neighbours and friends who can assist with most language requirements. We can also arrange airport transfers and other transport requirements. We have lived in this area for 4 years now and are glad we chose it for the views, beaches, shopping and of course the many popular restaurants and bars and close proximity for the youngsters and youngsters at heart who want to boogie and then return to a peaceful retreat and chill out in tranquil surroundings. La Fustera is ideally situated for a chill-out but close to the best of the sandy beaches in the Costa Blanca Region (Benidorm for the boogie and bars is only 25 minutes South). Internet access available on request - Preferable via ethernet cable to your notebook please ask.

The apartment has its own entrance and parking area for at least one family car. The shared pool is oval shaped with an approximate size of 5x8m directly accessible from the rental apartment with patios and ample sunbeds and shaded areas.
Situated in a quiet Cul-de-Sac.

Coast/Beach
Local beach is 20 mins walk where there are bars/restaurants providing the usual snacks etc.

Golf
Local Golf courses are within 30 mins by car.

Special interest holidays
Walking - Lots of walks routes available, which the owners have tried and tested, please ask.

Travel
Alicante 1 hour. Valencia 90 mins. Murcia 90 mins.

Calpe 3km. Moriara 3km.

Further details
Local supermarket open 0900-2100 Mon Sat (Sun 0930 - 1330) 20 mins walk (SPAR type) but competitively priced and a bar/restaurant (not Sundays) providing sustenance for the journey back up the hill. Bar Resturant Club Fustera - a family club with a large swimming pool is near the supermarket and through the summer, offers meals snacks, activities and entertainment.
A welcome pack is provided containing Water, Tea bags, Coffee, milk, eggs, cheese, butter, bread etc., and a folder with local information for current events.

You are responsible for arranging adequate insurance for your stay with us.

Booking notes
A £100 pounds is required to secure a booking and also as a holding deposit which is returnable on your vacation date, less deductions for any agreed damage. Total Payment by transfer to a UK bank account within 7 days prior to arrival.
By agreement, the returnable deposit can be made on arrival in sterling and returned on your departure (less any agreed damages at the EUR rate of exchange).
