The superb beach is approx 300m from the property. There is a ferry service nearby which takes you to the other side of the estuary. There are also ferry trips from the local ports of El Rompido and Ayamonte.

Golf
The property faces onto the 14th hole of the Nuevo Portil Golf Course. The clubhouse, putting green and driving range are approx 300m from the townhouse. There are 2 excellent championship courses (El Rompido and Islantilla) closeby.

Special interest holidays
Donana National Park (bird sanctuary) is a 35 min drive away.

Travel
Faro and Seville airports are accessible by car, 1 hour 10 min drive away by motorway.

Distances
The excellent fishing village, El Rompido, provides superb restaurants and bars and is a 5 min drive away. For shopping Ayamonte and Huelva are recommended 25 min drive away. Europe's largest bird sanctuary, Donana National Park, is less than 35 mins away.

Local shops and restaurants in El Portil,El Rompido, Ayamonte, Punta Umbria and Huelva. The large 'Carefour' supermarket in Cartaya is a 10 min drive from the resort.
