Changeover day
During the months of June-September the changeover day is Saturday. The Villa will be available to all new guests from 16.00 and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure. Alternative days may be arranged outside this peak period.

Kitchen: This modern kitchen with granite worktops has all the latest appliances, built in oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and automatic washing machine.
Living Rooms: The large vaulted ceilings in the dining/living area leaves a wonderful spacious feelling on comfort. As well as the 6 seated dining table, there is also a three piece suite, colour TV, DVD, freeview satellite, all the comforts of home!
Other: Villa Conpadesa has a beautiful B-B-Q area which is a delight for Alresco dining-having beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The private balcony upstairs gives wonderful panoramic views and also enables private sunbathing.

Notes on accommodation
Villa Conpadesa is a recently built villa which is ideally suited to families or couples who just want to get away from it all. A cot and high chair is available on request.

Outside
Villa Conpadesa has a beautiful B-B-Q area which is a delight for al-fresco dining, having beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The private balcony upstairs gives wonderful panoramic views and also enables private sunbathing. The private swimming pool is set amoung the lush green garden. Car parking is off road and secure for at least 3 cars.

Coast/Beach
Las Tres Calas beaches are undoubtedly one of its best attractions. Their fine golden sand and clean shallow waters continue to captivate the tourists who visit year after year. The nearest beach "Cala Forn" is only a two minutes away, with Vidre and Jordi beaches only 3-4 minutes away. All these fine golden sandy beaches are most suitable and safe for young children. The water is clear and shallow making these coves picturesque and ideal for families.

Travel
Ryanair, one of the major low cost airlines, flies into our local airport of Reus. This is only 25 mins from the villa. Easyjet, another low cost airline, flies into Barcelona, this is 90 mins from the villa. There are of course several other airlines that fly into Reus and Barcelona airports. We recommend you hire a car as this will enable you to get the best out of your holiday. The local train that runs from the nearby town of L'Ametlla De Mar services the adventure park of Port Aventura.

Distances
The beautiful unspoilt fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar, is only 5 km from Villa Conpadesa. Here you can take a train to Port Adventura fun park or Costa Caribe water park, only 20mins away. Barcelona is another wonderful train trip being only 90mins away and a relatively cheap way to travel. A 20 min drive will bring you to the wonderful Ebro river, for the keen fisherman it does not get any better.

Further details
The village of L'Ametlla de Mar has many restaurants and bars, being surrounded by many local shops and supermarkets. In the varied restaurants you can find some of the finest Mediterranean cuisine and wines at wonderfuly low prices. Here you will find real “Catalan” life in the heart of a typical Catalonian village. Go to the fishing port and see the "catch" being landed daily, even buy some sea food from the fishermens wives on the quay.

Booking notes
A 20% non refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking. Full payment will be required 8 weeks prior to arrival. An additional 250 euros damage deposit will be required on arrival. This will be returned within 7 days providing satisfactory inspection of the villa. We meet and greet all our clients and we are only to happy to deal with any request you may have during your stay with us. We take time with you on your arrival!
