This lovely apartment is situated in a small, private, tucked away urbanisation on the favoured east side of Nerja, yet is just a few minutes walk away from a small cluster of bars and restaurants, the new indoor swimming pool and sports arena and a very good supermarket. The town of Nerja and it’s most popular beach – Burriana are around a 15/20 minute walk. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2011. The property is on a pedestrian only pathway. There are around 10 steps from its private front gate to the front door.

About the area
15/20 minute walk to Nerja's most popular beach - Burriana. Once again awarded the EU blue flag for cleanliness. The beach has a host of bars, restaurants and shops. Look out for Ayo's famous paella being cooked on the beach.

Nearest airport is Malaga at around 50 kms. We are happy to arrange transfers for you or to recommend car hire companies covering Nerja and Malaga.
Cots, high chairs, portable air-con units and beach towels all available for hire.

We first bought our apartments in 1998 and over the years have strive to make them as comfortable and enjoyable to spend a holiday or short break. We live in Nerja and nothing is too much trouble when we have visitors to our properties and we like to ensure that everyone enjoys their holiday in Nerja.
