Prices are for the property per week in euros. An additional charge will be applied used electricity (0,25 cent/kWh). A deposit is required to reserve this property. There is a 250 euros security required. Returned to guest following inspection of home at end of stay. From November until March enquire about our monthly special rate.

Changeover days are Saturday,we are happy to discuss other options.Property can be entered after 3pm/or by special arrangement, property must be vacated by by 10am/or by special arrangement (we will be as flexible as the booking calendar will allow!).

Empuriabrava has a long wide sandy beach just a few minuts walk which gently slopes down to the sea. Ideal for swimming.

Perelada Golf approx 15 min drive. Torremirona Golf Club in Navata over 30 min drive. Pitch and Putt in Castelló Nou 5 min drive.

(Dali route, nice coast, Naturpark 'Aiguamolls de l'Emporda' and 'Cap de Creus'... Roses 9 km, Girona 50km, Barcelona, Figueres 10 km, Castelló d´Empúries 5 km.. under others...)
Empuriabrava is Europe's largest residential marina. With your own boat or a locally chartered boat you can visit many of the interesting bays and ports on the Costa Brava. Small unlicensed boats are available to hire in Empuriabrava for exploring the canal system.
Skydive just 3km away, skydiving is a popular in Empuriabrava with a leading school nearby.
Travel
The next airport is Girona Costa Brava 60 mins drive, Ryanair flies from several UK cities. We can organise for you a transfer from the airport to the apartment. Barcelona about 2 hours drive. Hire car is not obligatory because there is a bus connection to and from Girona airport twice a day, and the bus stop is about 100m away.
Distances
A great location to discover the Costa Brava, Roses 15 min drive. 30 min drive to Cadaqués a little more to Port Lligat and Cap Creus. 15 min. drive to Figueres. 45 min. drive to Girona. Discover Dali’s Museum, nice walking trips and so many things more...

About the owner
I was born in the area, this area is really nice. We have so many different landscapes a few kilometers around and interesting places. We live on the coast, nearby are natural parks as "Aiguamolls de l'Empordà" or "Cap de Creus", "l'Albera", a very nice coast, in about 45 minutes drive you are already in the mountains and in less than 2 hours you can ski in winter. Not easy to find another area that offers so many possibilities in such short distances.
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I have worked in Empuriabrava for over 10 years. The canals give her a special flair, biggest skydiving center in Europe. But the location is very important because it is just 150m to the beach, directly in the center although very quiet. The apartment is in a small building, and the apartment is not in the main street but just on the opposite the side where just a couple of cars drive through.
