Great for family holidays or golfing holidays. We are equipped for babies with sturdy travel cot plus proper mattress, (120 x 60) a high chair and baby relaxer chair. We also have plastic plates and beakers for babies use. For your peace of mind the whole community has security guards and in addition to this entry to the flats is enabled by an electronic key fob system and underground parking.

Notes on accommodation
Children's pool attached to all main pools. Wheelchair access to flat. Secure underground parking. Air-conditioning/heating system. It is requested that guests refrain from smoking inside the flat.

Outside
Large gated and fenced pool on site with lifeguard and a children's pool attached. Sunbeds provided. Patio area is south facing.
The pool area has been re-arranged with a larger area for sunbeds around the main pool. The childrens' pool area has also been enlarged with lots of sunbeds, so parents can relax while watching their children in the pool. The two areas, whilst together, are separated by a fence and gate so toddlers cannot wander into the main pool area but adults can.
Coast/Beach
1km walk to beautiful sandy Casares beach, although parking is available on beach. There is a lively beach bar with restaurant acknowledged locally for its fish. From here you can walk along the beach to Sabinillas and Du Quesa Port.
Golf
There are three golf courses within walking distance, the Don Julia has 2 x 18 hole courses and 1 x 9 hole course. There is a Jack Nicklaus Academy and a 5* Finca Courtesin (venue for Volvo world matchplay ) course also within walking distance. Valderrama (Ryder Cup 1997) is a 15 minute drive and Sottogrande and San Roque are also within a short drive.
Skiing
Skiing in Granada is two hours drive away.
Travel
Excellent access from Gilbraltar and Malaga Airports along the Costa del Sol by motorway A7/N340 or new toll road AP7. Gibraltar Airport 20 minutes drive. Malaga airport 60 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
The local town of Sabinillas is 5 minutes drive with supermarkets, banks, shops and bars. The marina of Duquesa is just beyond with a variety of restaurants, shops and bars and internet cafes. 10 minute drive up the hills is the picture postcard white-washed village of Casares. 10 minute drive west is Estepona. 20 minutes drive to Marbella.

Sunday market in Sabinillas. Small craft market on Sunday in Sotogrande. Large general market in Estepona on Wednesdays. Famous "bull ring" market in Puerto Banus (20 mins drive) on Saturday. Variety of sports, walking, riding, tennis etc are available - speak to agent on site.

25% deposit within one week of confirmation, plus a separate £150 security cheque deposit refundable within 2 weeks of departure. Balance to be paid within 6 weeks of travel. (Full amount payable if booked within this time).

Owner profile
About the owner
We bought this flat from new as a family holiday home, and have equipped it as a second home for us. We have in mind to retire to Spain as and when we can afford it which isn't in the foreseeable future! We have equipped it to a high standard, adding extra units in the kitchen and have used high quality furniture and decent mattresses on the beds. Because my daughter has a beautiful baby boy, we have all the baby equipment you would need. We have only had positive feedback's about the flat and our managers (friends) can sort out anything that needs sorting immediately. We are in constant touch with them during clients' holidays to make sure you are happy. Nothing is too much trouble. Give us a ring or e mail if there are any unanswered questions. Enjoy.
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We chose this area because it is a not full of high rise apartments. It is fairly quiet with a vibrant town and Marina just a few minutes drive away. This development has only used 34% of the land, the remaining 66% is given over to gardens and pools. The large town of Estepona is a 10 minute drive and the beautiful beaches are never crowded, there is also a really good fish beach bar on the Bahia Casares. It is a great and relaxing atmosphere. Just a ten minute drive up the mountain is the beautiful white town of Casares. The town is protected from development and is an area of outstanding architectural interest. Some of the finest restaurants on the Costa Del Sol are just outside and within the town.
Unique benefits of the property
If you want there are activities all around. With over 20 golf courses within a 20 minute drive and 3 including the world matchplay course the Finca Coutesin within walking distance it is a golfers paradise. There is an Aqua theme park in Estepona and a wild animal park nearby. Some of best restaurants are within a short 5 - 10 minute drive some of which we use and can heartily recommend if you wish including some of the "menu del dias" that serve a great 3 course meal for just 11 Euros. Our swimming pool is just a 20 second walk from our our patio. It is fenced and gated and has a full time life guard.
