This 3 double bedroom and 3 bathroom villa is situated on the new number 1 golf course in Spain "Hacienda del Alamo". Fully air conditioned with 28 channel LCD TV and DVD including Sky TV, fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The villa is fully furnished including linen and towels. On the terrace you can enjoy use of our gas barbecue or have a relaxing massage in your own hot tub or take a dip in the communal swimming pool only yards from your back gate. The local town of Fuente Alamo is only a 5 minute cab ride away with restaurants and bars or whatever takes your fancy.

Notes on accommodation
The property is fully air conditioned throughout also with heating for those chilly nights. Car parking can be found at the side of the villa. The villa is ideal for families as well as couples, especially for golfers.
Outside
The villa has a large terraced area to the rear and the side completely enclosed for your privacy. The terrace has a large patio table and chairs which can seat 6 people comfortably, and that all important hot tub which you can enjoy a glass of wine in whilst watching the sun set. The patio also has a gas barbecue for all those summer nights. The communal swimming pool is outside your back gate if you fancy a dip (but its not as warm as your hot tub).
Coast/Beach
The sandy beaches of Mazarron are only a 20 minutes drive away ideally suited for young children. Alternatively the beaches of La Manga del Mar Menor is 30 minutes drive away which offers a vast range of watersports.
Golf
If you’re passionate about golf you’re sure to fall in love with Hacienda del Álamo in no time at all. And if you’re not a golfer, you soon will be! Because here golf's not just a sport - it’s a lifestyle, where you’ll make new friends and play in the fresh air of the resort’s rolling, green countryside. Our golf course is an impressive 92 hectares. It’s wide and spacious, with long holes and lots of lakes and it’s very soft because it’s built on natural ground. Nevertheless, there are some very well-planned obstacles. Its 6700 metres take five hours to play and there are tee-offs every ten minutes, even on very busy days. There is no such thing as a "slow game", so you can enjoy the course calmly, without hurrying. It’s incredible how soon people get used to this pace of life.
Travel
Murcia (San Javier) is a 30 minute drive from the villa and if you are flying into Alicante this will be about an hour's drive. Car hire and taxi's are available at both airports. Alternatively we can arrange for you to be picked up at either airport prices available on request.
Distances
The local village of Fuente Alamo is located 5 minutes away by taxi or car. The village benefits from restaurants, bars and shops. The nightclubs are open in the evening if you fancy a boogie!! If you want to stay on the resort the bars and restaurants are only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the villa or a 20 minute crawl home! The largest town is Cartagena which has shops, bars and resturants as well as local history, which is a 20 - 25 minute drive away.
Further details
Hacienda del Alamo has 2 restaurants and a bar both of which are within walking distance from the villa. If you have never played golf and would like to learn why not take advantage of the superior driving range with full tuition if required.
