| Kitchen: | Oven, halogen hob with 4 burners. Fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. I have included every conceivable item necessary for self catering in the kitchen, it's a real 'home from home'. |
| Living Rooms: | Very large lounge/dining room with full width patio doors leading out onto the private terrace area. Satellite TV with English speaking channels, DVD player, dining table with seating for 6. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels/linen included in the rental at no extra cost. For stays of more than one week a change of towels and bed linen can be arranged if required for a small additional cost. Please supply your own towels for use by the pool or at the beach. |

Coast/Beach
Award winning beaches are within 10 mins drive. The closest are at La Cala de Mijas which is a lovely small town with shops, bars and restaurants to complement the beach setting.
Golf
Within a couple of mins drive are the 2 courses of Mijas Golf - Los Lagos and Los Olivos. A short 5 mins drive away is the Santana course. 7 mins by car and you reach the spectacular La Cala Golf Resort, which has 3 fantastic courses. Within 10 mins you can reach the newly opened Calanova course, and much loved Miraflores.

Airport: Malaga, 35km.
Railway: Fuengirola, 10km.
Ferry: Gibraltar: 70km.
Fly to Malaga Airport. Our apartment in Miraflores is approximately a 25 mins drive away.
We will supply you with detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment and will arrange someone to meet you with the keys.
All major budget airlines fly to Malaga e.g. Monarch, Easyjet, Excel, or try travelsupermarket.com.
We have found holidayautos.co.uk or Malaga cars to be very reasonable.
Further details
The fabulous Myramar shopping complex (Fuengirola) and multi-cinema is only a 15 mins drive from apartment. Every type of shop can be found here, along with a fantastic choice of restaurants.
Whilst these apartments are non smoking - you may of course smoke on the terraces.
Activities near Mijas Costa.
Sports: Tennis in town, watersports, waterpark, horse riding, golf less than 10 mins walk and fishing.
Great for: Walking holidays, beach or lakeside relaxation, good nightlife.
Please note that same sex parties under the age of 20 are not accepted.

Strictly no smoking indoors and no pets.
50% of holiday cost is due on booking as deposit. Balance of 50% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. 300 euros is required as security deposit This is refunded when the property has been checked on your departure.
