The outside patio area is large and overlooks the 14th green of the beautiful golf course. The resort is located just off the E-15 / A7 motorway, within easy drive of Almeria, Alicante and Murcia Airports. The resort includes a luxury hotel with two accessible Swimming Pools and a Spa. In the adjacent commercial centre there are three restaurants/bars, a newsagent, a supermarket, a hairdresser and other shops.

Coast/Beach
10 minute drive to nearest beach of Vera which has 8km of blue flag white sand beaches. Along coastline to Garrucha, beach, fishing village and port, then Mojacar with plenty of bars and restaurants, fabulous beaches, and all the usual watersports.
Golf
The Valle del Este course was designed by José Canales and is currently considered among the best new golf courses in Europe with it's wide fairways, a selection of elevated tees and receptive greens. The course has many strategically-positioned water hazards and bunkers which make each hole an authentic challenge regardless of your standard of play.
Skiing
The excellent ski resort of Sierra Nevada is a 3 hour drive from Valle del Este.
Special interest holidays
Walking - Some of the best walking terrain in Spain is in the nearby (40km.) Cabo de Gato National Park. The park has many amazing vistas.
Scuba Diving - Close to the nearby (12km) village of Villaricos can be found a number of excellent diving locations. Equipment and schooling are available from both of the Dive Centres in the village.

Airport drive times:-
Almeria - 40 mins., Murcia - 90 mins., Alicante - 2 hours.
Car hire is recommended to make the most of the surrounding area.

Booking notes
Payment is accepted in UK Pounds or euros. When you make a booking, a deposit of 25% (by cheque/transfer) is required to secure your reservation. The balance is to be paid at least 6 weeks before your arrival date. A returnable damages deposit of £100 (150 Euro) must be paid by the hirer on a separate cheque or transfer at the time of paying the final balance. Payment for any damages, breakages or missing inventory items, i.e. loss of key, will be deducted from the damages deposit.
