Casa Isabella is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath villa which can also be rented as a 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa. The 4th bedroom with en suite is located via an external staircase and so will be not be accessed if rented as a 3 bedroom. Air-con in bedrooms only. The larger than average 11m x 5m pool is always a great hit with Guests. There is plenty of terrace and 8 sun loungers are provided. The villa is located near the La Sella golf course and the views from the villa and pool side are fantastic. The villa itself is a traditional Spanish style villa and is well maintained and beautiufully clean. It has lovely modern furniture and is very comfortable with all modern conveniences. It is idealy situated with Denia just 10 mins away by car. It has a sister villa next door (Casa Ciara) and so is ideal if two families wish to holiday together but do not wish to rent the same villa. Casa Ciara is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private pool, so together they could accommodate 14 people.

Changeover day
Change over days are Saturday to Saturday during peak season but out of peak we are flexible with the days.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with has a double bed and en-suite, c/w air-con % fan.
Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 both have twin beds, c/w air-con and fan.
Bedroom 4 (accessed via external staircase) has a double bed and en-suite shower room, c/w air-con and ceiling fan.
Bathrooms: En suite bathroom to bedroom 1 has bath and over head shower.
En suite to bedroom 4 has a large walk in shower cubicle.
The family bathroom has a further large walk in shower cubicle.
Kitchen: The kitchen is a good size kitchen its has a new cooker, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine and all the utensils you will require.
Utility Room: No utility room but washing machine and ironing facilities are provided.
Living Rooms: The living accommodation is all open plan, there is a large dining table to seat 6. The lounge has new sofas, CD player, large 29" screen TV with DVD player and english sat TV with free to view stations (not BBC or ITV).
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All linen with exception to beach towels are provided. If your holiday is for 2 weeks or more the linen is changed after the first week. All linen is good quality linen.

 

Notes on accommodation
The villa is slight elevated position. All bedrooms have air con and ceiling fans installed. The villa is a traditional style villa with wooden shutters on all the windows and also metal shutters have been installed for extra security. Patio doors lead from the lounge area to a covered naya (terrace) ideal for enjoying a BBQ (gas) while admiring the beautiful views of the surrounding counrtyside and the sea beyond or just to sit in the shade of the sun while reading and relaxing. The villa has everyhing you would need for a perfect summer holiday, it has plenty of space, is light, airy and clean. The larger than average 11m x 5m pool is great especially if there are 8 of you.

Accessibility
The villa has a long drive way which is a little steep at the bottom but has never caused anyone any problems. There are steps up to the main part of the villa and the pool area and terrace, which may not be suitable for anyone who has walking difficulties. Although the 4th bedroom and en suite are at ground level and it has its own terrace area too.

Outside
The 11x5m larger than average swimming pool has been recently refurbished and has a small ledge in the deep area for safety, there are roman steps making access to the pool very easy. 8 sun loungers are provided on the terrace around the pool. The pool has a timer for the pool light allowing you to enjoy looking at the pool during the evening. There is a patio table with seating under the covered naya (terrace) allowing you to eat al fresco style. There is outdoor lighting around the villa making returning from an evening out safe.
A gas BBQ is also provided for your enjoyment.

Coast/Beach
The cosmopolitan coastal town of Denia is only 10 minutes by car where you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and the beautiful new marina. There are long sandy beaches around the Denia area.
The beautiful coastal town of Javea is just 15 minutes by car and again you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The Arenal is always popular with families with its palm fringe beach edged with restaurants and the old town is full of Javea is a must as it is full of character.

Golf
Casa Isabella overlooks the famous La Sella golf course and the 5 star Marriott hotel. The golf course of Javea is only a short drive away approx. 15 minutes by car.

Travel
Alicante airport is just one hours drive south of this beautiful area on the AP- 7.
Valencia airport is just 1 hour 10 minutes drive north of this beautiful area again via the AP-7.

Distances
Denia is 10 minutes by car, Javea is 15 minutes by car and Moraira, Clape, Altea are all easily accessed by car taking around 30 minutes.
Benidorm is just 45 minutes away where you will find theme parks such as Terramitica, the Aqualandia park, Terranatura park and there is a safari park just 20 minutes drive away.
On La Sella itself there are stables for horseriding and tennis courts which can be used and also a bar and a restaurant within eaasy walking distance.

Further details
The lovely traditional small Spanish towns of Pedreguer and La Xara are just a few minutes drive away. With their windy narrow streets. Pedreguer has a traditional market on a Saturday morning where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables.
The are two Masymas supermarkets just 5 minutes by car and local bakers and butchers shops in the towns.

Booking notes
Booking is easy a 20% depost will secure the booking. 10 weeks before you are due to depart we would require the full payment to be made. At this time we also ask for a £200 fully refundable breakage deposit. You will receive a receipt for each payment made.
A week before departure we will send you the keys and detailed directions to the villa. When the keys are returned after your holiday and if all is well with the villa we return your £200 breakage deposit.
