The Mediterranean & Denia’s golden coastline is only a 10min drive with many beach bars and water sports. Also within easy driving distance is Javea, Moriara, Calpe and Benidorm with sea world, water parks and Terra Mitica.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Finca is also available from 1 October for a min of 6 months rental at £920 plus bills per month.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday but we can be flexible with this. The finca is available from 4pm and departure time is 10am.

Bedrooms: Master Bedroom has double bed with romantic drapes, double wardrobe, drawers and balcony over looking pool and garden
Bedroom 2 & 3 twin beds + roof terrace with sea views.
Note: possible to fit another bed in the master bedroom. Cot bed also available
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 is on ground floor with small bath, large powerful shower, toilet.
Bathroom 2, upstairs, includes fitted music system to help you relax in the large luxurous hand made turkish style bath. Large powerful shower, toilet.
Kitchen: This very impressive country style unique kitchen has all the mod cons. with gas cooker, hob set in the island in the centre of the kitchen. Fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils cutlery and crockery you need.
Living Rooms: Dining room: Large wooden dining table with 8 chairs, original fire place with log burner, stereo with ceiling speakers.
Lounge: Large comfortable settee, tv, dvd and video. Patio doors leading onto the patio/swimming pool.
Other: Gallery: An impressive area of the finca with an open internal gallery with soothing water feature.
Cleaning/towels/

Bathroom towels and bed linen are supplied. Cleaning arranged at extra cost.

 

Notes on accommodation
Within the garden is a natural roped park area, also a swing and small slide. There is a small football goal and a volleyball net that can be used in the pool for your enjoyment. The pool is ideal with there being a large part of the pool fairly shallow, perfect for youngsters and adults alike.

Accessibility
The finca is on a flat plot so no mountains to climb here to get to the front door. Having said this all the bedrooms are upstairs.

Outside
The finca is situated on the centre of the plot. The electric gates lead into the parking area where there is ample space for at least 10 cars. Walking the winding path through the mature almond and walnut trees you come to the house which is surrounded with grapevines, orange, lemon apple and grapefruit trees to name a few. On this flat plot there is an open area with a football goal as well as a swing and small slide ideal for children to play. Near to this area next to the pool is a pergola with wooden bench table for those wishing to take a break from the sun. There is also a table and 6 chairs on the patio with a large parosol, there are 6 sunbeds. There is also a moveable barbecue. From the patio/pool area where you have the sun all day long you overlook the orange groves and mountains. The sunset behind these mountains is breathtaking.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach from the finca is an 8 minute drive this is Els Poblets (driving through the orange groves), most of Denia's beaches can be reached in just 10 minutes, Javea is 15 mins drive, Moraira 20 mins drive.

Golf
The famous La Sella golf course and Marriot hotel is 5 mins drive away.

Travel
Alicante airport is approximately 1 hour drive
Valencia airport is approximately 1 hour drive
Car hire is recommended.

Distances
Pedreguer is 2 mins drive from finca.
