Payment can be made by credit card via Paypal. Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Bookings at other times may be available on request, price negotiable. Full payment to be made 8 weeks in advance. £100 returnable deposit to be paid at booking to cover breakages and telephone charges.
Long let possible after Sept 2008, 80 pounds per week plus bills.
Changeover day
Changeover day Saturday but this is flexible. Arrival after 4 pm and departure before 10am but flexible depending on other bookings.

Due to mountain location (500m) bedrooms are cool at night. Electric fans are provided. Fly screens on all windows, but no mosquitos. Average summer daytime temp 30 C, night time 15 C. Generous welcome pack of basic food and drink provided. Cot, high chair, baby alarm, children's table and chairs available.

Benidorm and other coastal resorts are 60 mins away.
Travel
Nearest airport Alicante (45 mins), Valencia (1 hour), Murcia 2 hours. Can be reached by car ferry Portsmouth/Bilboa. Nearest train and coach stations are in Alcoi (10km) with connection to Valencia and Alicante. 1 bus a day to and from Village to Alcoi (bus stop 200m from villa), Taxi rank in Alcoi.
Distances
200m to a bar/restaurant. 3 mins walk to village shops. 8 miles to Aitana Safari Park. 45 mins to Benidorm's Terra Mitica theme park. 45 mins to Coast at Altea. Many pretty mountain villages with restaurants in proximity, each holding a festival in summer. There is also hill walking and mountain trekking close by. A car is recommended though not essential. Scenic Guadalest valley with resevoir where you can swim is 12 miles away.
Further details
Village has bank, grocers, butcher, baker, market, post office, newsagent etc. The interesting historic town of Cocentaina is 4 miles away. The lively city of Alcoi is 6 miles away. Valencia, Spain's third city, is an hour away by car or 2 hour scenic train journey from Alcoi.

Bookings can be confirmed with a returnable deposit of £100. The full amount should be settled 8 weeks before departure.
