Accessibility
The Polaris world La Torre development is perfect for people bound to wheelchairs. There is wheelchair access to all ground floor areas. The villa has one downstairs bedroom with bathroom adjacent.
Outside
Outside there is a large private heated swimming pool (approx 9m x 4m) with sunloungers and a table and chairs. The pool & Garden area is fully fenced.
Coast/Beach
20 minutes drive from the beach at Los Alcazares.
30 minutes drive from La Manga Strip.
Approx. 1 hours drive to Terra Mitica theme park in Benidorm and many other waterparks in the Alicante area including Aqualandia.
Approx. 30 minutes drive from Torrevieja Aquapolis.

Golf
Guests have access to the resort's 18-hole par 68 golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. A fully signed Handicap card is required to play. There are many other courses in the area including Mar Menor, Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. La Manga Golf Resort is also approx. 20 minutes' drive. A residents' discount is available for golf, please ask for details.
Special interest holidays
In the local area there are many sandy beaches and it is ideal for watersports enthusiasts. Local sports include fishing, sailing, windsurfing and swimming. Other activities include cycling and horseriding. Mar Menor's beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade.
