Direct access to the beach. There is private parking for tenants with off road gated car parking. The complex is located south of Estepona on the Coast of Casares, adjacent to Sabinillas, Manilva. An ideal location to explore the sights of Andalucia. Many golf courses are near by. This is a wonderful location to relax and is also ideal for golf enthusiasts as there are more than 10 top courses within a 30-minute radius. For sightseeing you have Ronda, 40 minutes, Marbella and Puerto Banus 25-30 Minutes and Gibraltar 30 mins.

Changeover day
We would prefer weekends but we are flexible. Check in after 4pm and before midnight on the day of your arrival, check out by 11.00 am on the day of your departure.

Outside
The tropical gardens are entwined with pathways leading to beachfront and direct access to the beach. There are two large pools and lots of grassed and tiled areas around,with plenty of loungers, ideal for sunbathing. Car parking is for residents (and tenants) only and is gated, off road. All apartments have terrace furniture for eating.
Coast/Beach
There are plenty of beaches and coves in this area all within half an hour's drive. We are fortunate to have the beach directly in front of our complex.
Golf
We are very near at least 10 of the major Golf courses in our area all within half an hour journey for example Valderama. Almanara, San Rogue. Alcadeisa, Soto Grande, Estepona, La Duquesa, Atalaya and La Canada. arrange tee There are two new courses just opposite our beach location being Dona Julia and Finca Cortesin.
Travel
Malaga airport is 1 hours drive and Gibraltar is just over 30 minutes. Car hire is recommended in this location,
Distances
The village of San Luis de Sabinillas is two kilometres away and can be reached by walking along the seafront. Puerto banus and Marbella are 25 mins drive. The ancient town of Ronda is about 45 mins.Trips to North Africa can also be taken from within our area.Tarifa,and the beaches of the Atalantic coast can also be easily reached from here.The WHITE VILLAGE of Casares is a must for all new vistors to this location and is 14 kms into the mountains.Estepona is a great place to visit, only 10mins.
Further details
The village of Sabinillas has a good selection of shops, banks,restaurants and bars. Estepona is a bustling sea side town that has a wonderful Promenade along the beach. Puerto Banus and Marbella are renowned for their upmarket shops bars and restaurants. The port of DUQUESA is about 3 kms away, offering watersports and boating as well as its bars restaurants etc.
Booking notes
Once booking dates are agreed we will require a 200 pounds deposit and the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. We also require a 200 pounds breakages deposit to be paid with the final balance, this will be refunded after the apartment has been checked and the keys returned.

About the owner
We first came to live in Spain in 1968, newly married, an adventure for a young and naive couple who were looking for an exciting start to their new life together.It did not disappoint, after living 12 very happy years , we reluctantly returned to England, mainly for our two son's education.From then until 2003,in between working hard, we had many holidays in the Costa Blanca area and decided to eventually return to the Costa del Sol , after purchasing our apartment in Casares del Mar. We fell in love with the location from the first time we stood in our half finished apartment looking out to sea, and could not wait to arrange our return.We have been in the hospitality trade most of our working life in the UK and Spain.We have been renting apartments in Casares del Mar since our return.
