Beautiful 3 bedroom Villa (sleeps 7). 2km away from the main town of Miami Playa, where you will find all the amenities you require i.e. supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants and of course Cristal Beach, which is regarded one of the finest on the Costa Dorada. The local towns are Hospitallett (3km) and Ameilla De Mar (15km). Typical Spanish Fishing Villages, where fresh fish is available daily and boat trips are also available visiting other coastal towns. Hospitallett also has a train station where you can visit Barcelona with ease without driving (journey time 1 hour). Salou is 25 minutes drive away with all the attractions associated with a busy coastal resort. Port Aventura and the Aqua Park are a must to visit, as it is one of the largest Theme and Aqua Parks in Europe.

As there are times when people need to maybe just get away for a long weekend break, or a short mid-week break. This could possibly be arranged at a mutually agreed discount. This offer would only be possible outside of the main holiday season period.
Changeover day
The villa will be available from 3.00pm on arrival date and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Changeover day is Saturday to Saturday, but we are flexible and will always try and accommodate.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed and fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 with bunk beds and a single bed and fitted wardrobe with portable fan. Bedroom 3 with a single bed, a pull out bed and fitted wardrobe with ceiling fan. |
| Bathrooms: | There are 2 bathrooms in the Villa. The main bathroom with bath/shower, wc, hand basin and bidet is upstairs. Downstairs there is a bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster and microwave. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has a large L shaped sofa, Coffee table, part TV (satelitte) and Video and DVD player. There is also a CD player. There is also a dining table, chairs and access to the outside patio. |

Linen and towels are included (not beach towels). If you require a change of linen after 7 days then an additional 50 euros is required. |
Notes on accommodation
A beautiful Villa set in a very attractive patio/garden, with Pine Trees, creating a very private feel. Ideal for those who like to relax and enjoy peace and quiet.
There is a selection of DVDs, books and games for children and adults, also a music centre with a selection of CDs.

Accessibility
Although the Villa has not been specifically constructed for a wheelchair, it is accessible for a wheelchair user, as there is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Access for wheelchair into the Villa is via the patio doors at the back of the Villa.
Outside
The Villa has a private garden with a large patio area for dining, a large barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers. There is a private gate from each garden to access the communal swimming pool. From the garden gate to the swimming pool the distance is a mere 5m. The pool is a fantastic size of 12m X 6.5m with night lighting for that late night swim.
There is an outside shower located by the pool.
There is a large Terrace area (first floor), ideal for sunbathing. There is a garden table and three chairs. There is also a full size table tennis table for everyone to enjoy.
Coast/Beach
Villanasheo is 2km from the local town Miami Playa. 3km from the blue flag beach, Playa Cristal, where even in the height of the season you can find peace and privacy. There are plenty of restaurants and bars along the coast/beach. If you prefer something "upmarket", Cambrills, is a must to visit, with its magnificent port, stunning beach and exclusive shops and restaurants.
Golf
There are several golf courses in the area from 5 minutes to 20 minutes drive from the Villa. Bonmont Golf Course, where they have the Catalunya Open is a 5 minutes drive. There are also a pitch and putt course in the mountains and these are all excellent courses to play on.
Special interest holidays
The Villa is ideal for those looking to discover the real Catalonia, as it has some fantastic surrounding small towns and villages, which are both quaint and intriguing. The Villa is very near to the great wine fields of Falset and the fishermans dream, the River Ebro, where activities include canoeing, kayaking, bird watching and walking, and of course the fishing. The river is noted for large Carp and Catfish and is a 25 minute scenic drive through the mountains. Travel
Ryan Air fly to Reus and their charges are very reasonable. The drive from Reus Airport to the Villa is only 20 minutes.
Car hire rental is adviseable as there are so many beautiful places to see. Costs for car hire rental are again very reasonable. Sol-Mar, Hertz and other car hire establishments are readily available.
Distances
The Villa is a 20 minute drive from Reus Airport. 1 hour 30 minutes drive from Barcelona Airport. It will take you 25 minutes drive to Salou and 30 minutes to drive to Tarragona from the Villa. 10 minutes to major train station, which is cheap, efficient, clean and offers a really good service to all destinations.
Booking notes
A non-returnable deposit of £150 is required upon booking your holiday. Payment in full will be due 6 weeks prior to the date of commencement of your holiday. An additional £150 damage deposit will be required upon payment of the balance outstanding 6 weeks prior the commencement of your holiday. Once the Villa has been checked over, providing there is no damage, your damage deposit will be returned to you within 7 days.
