Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds and euros. For lets of 2 - 13 weeks, a discount of 25% will apply. For lets of 13 - 26 weeks, a discount of 33% will apply. For lets of 26 - 52 weeks, a discount of 40% will apply. For lets of 52 weeks or more, discount by negotiation. Christmas 2008/9 - 25% discounts if booked before 30 September 2008.

Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday, from 4.00 pm on day of arrival. Guests are asked to vacate on day of departure by 10.00 am latest; Although during quieter periods, days and times subject to negotiation and availability.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - double bed, large built in wardrobes, double patio doors leading to a large balcony with room to use sunloungers.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 - twin beds, built in wardrobes and small balcony to bedroom 3.
Bathrooms: Large family bathroom (1st floor) - bath/shower over, wc, cabinet, bidet and basin.
Shower room (ground floor) - corner shower cubicle, wc and basin.
Kitchen: American style open plan, granite topped kitchen with breakfast bar. Everything supplied that could possibly be needed as this is our second home. Right down to the teaspoons and napkin holder!
Utility Room: Washing machine, separate butlers sink and drainer - ideal for the wet cosies, bucket and spade, dirty golf kit etc.
Living Rooms: Lounge area - designed for relaxation and the feeling of comfort and space. Very light and airy with large patio doors and widows, and marble floors. Satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system and a library of books to select from for your enjoyment.
Other: Dining area is spacious - (part of living room), wrought iron and glass table and six chairs.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:

Notes on accommodation
Climate controlled air conditioning units can be used to heat house in all rooms (other than the two bathrooms).
Sorry, but please no smoking inside the house.
Pets are not allowed. Food shopping for arrival can be organised for the cost of shopping plus £10.
For a service of meet and greet clients and handover of the key and house information, (plus hot water switched on ready for use upon arrival) we charge £10 before 6pm, after 6pm and before 9pm we charge £20, and after 9pm and up to midnight we charge £30. After midnight, alternative arrangements must be made. However, whilst some holiday makers choose to go shopping or straight to the beach or restaurants, we can post the keys with directions, at a cost of £5 - which is fine with us too.

Accessibility
Unfortunately, as these townhouses have a few steps to the front and two to the rear entrances, it is believed that wheelchair access might prove difficult. We sincerely apologise if this affects your ability to book with us.

Outside
At the front of the house, there is a driveway for private off road parking and a large veranda overlooking the golf course and Montgo mountain. There is a small private grassed garden to the rear with BBQ and table and chairs overlooking the pool side and a large lawned area and patio in the communal garden area. Ideal for sun chairs and relaxation by the pool. On the 1st floor, there is another large balcony to the front ideal for seeing the sun setting over the mountains and a smaller one to the rear.

Coast/Beach
There are lovely golden sand town beaches in Denia and Javea; although for those wishing quieter stretches of beach with sand dunes and quiet little bays, there are numerous to be found with parking, facilities, restaurants and beach bars dotted around; all within 10 minutes drive.
There is a Scuba diving club and good snorkeling by the coast. Fishing trips are readily available to both the beginner or the more competent, as are windsurfing, kitesurfing, water skiing and sailing.

Golf
La Sella 18 hole Championship designed golf course. Five star club house, spa, gym & sauna and restaurant just a stroll away across the fairway! (3 minute car drive around the course). Many other well recognised courses in the area too. All worth a visit. I still think the La Sella course is the nicest to play.

Special interest holidays
La Sella Tennis Club, La Sella Horse Riding Stables and Boule areas in the shade of the tall pine trees are all often used by our family and friends. We recommend them to you if these are your sports minded. There are some wonderful listed walks either for the stroller or the more serious. There is also an excellent outdoor go-cart track just outside of the main La Sella entrance road. Brilliant fun for all ages and very reasonably priced. Mountain bikes and off-road quad bikes can be hired in Denia too, if feeling energetic!

Travel
Valencia (from the North) and Alicanti (from the South) Airports are both approximately 1 hours drive - all one coastal motorway, door-to-door.
We always hire a car at the airport (in advance of arrival), if only to get to and from the airport. Although, some of the residents of La Sella say that once there, they don't wish to venture out as it is so beautiful. If they do they take cabs.

Distances
1 minute drive or 12 minute walk away is the La Sella Centre with 2 excellent restaurants with indoor or outdoor dining, (one Italian, very good and very reasonable and the other haut cuisine!). There is also the Tennis Club, riding stables and boules courts there - as well as internet cafe, English speaking pharmacy and launderette. There are water parks, zoos and theme parks and show theatres, all within 45 minutes drive.

Booking notes
A £200/300 euros non-refudable deposit is required on booking, with the total balance being due 6 weeks before your arrival date. A 'refundable breakages deposit' of £250/350 euros will be required with the balance. Mid to long term rentals would be considered. All water and electricity costs are inclusive of tariff rate.
