The villa is fully fitted with all expected facilities, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine; marble floors, Sky TV, CD, DVD etc. Patio furniture is provided, including chairs, tables, sunshade, sunbeds and gas barbeque. There are 3 sun-terraces/balconies including a large very private rooftop terrace. All have either table and chairs or sunloungers. The paved garden with selected native plants offers another large area for sunbathing and barbequeing.
The swimming pool is situated in a large well maintained fenced area and is for the exclusive use of the residents of this small development.
Coast/Beach
The coast from Benalmadena to Fuengirola is approximately 15 minutes drive from the villa.
Golf
There are several golf courses within 10-15 minutes drive from the villa including the following: El Chaparral Golf Course is 10 minutes away at Mijas Costa accessed from the main N340 dual carriageway. La Cala Golf Course has 3 18 hole courses and is also at Mijas Costa, it also has restaurant, tennis and pool facilities. Alhaurin El Grande Golf has 9 and 18 hole courses and is in the hills behind Mijas.
Travel
Malaga airport is about a 15 minute drive.
Distances
The very traditional and popular village of Mijas Pueblo is about 5 km away. Mijas has many shops and restaurants to cater for all.
