Two storey, 5/6 bedroom, 3/4 bathroom villa with balcony to 2 first floor twin bedrooms. Private pool with large patio area and mobile barbecue. Full size tennis court. Nice country walks close by. 5 minutes from Chiclana town centre. 15 minutes from La Barrosa beach. 15 minutes to Novo golf courses. Separate Games Room available for hire in grounds with full size snooker table (for use of over 16 yr old guests only), table tennis and bar area. The main house has five bedrooms, one family bathroom, one shower room and one ensuite shower room. There is an additional double bedroom and large shower room available for hire in the annexe where the games room with snooker table and bar area are located. To accomodate larger groups, a sofa bed is located in the lounge and an additional single bed can be added to master bedroom for a child as can up to two travel cots. Sleeping 16 maximum. However, the prices shown are based on 10 people, additional rates apply for extra occupancy.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is suitable for children as the grounds are completely secure and off of the main road. Parents should be aware that the pool is not fenced.
The games room is available for seperate hire and is equipped with a full size snooker table and bar area, it is a lovely room for entertaining. There is an additional double bedroom and large shower room in the games room available for hire at an extra cost. Hire of games room £100 per week. Hire of games room, double bedroom and shower room £200 per week.
There is a sofa bed which can be used in the lounge for larger groups, an extra single bed can be added to master bedroom as can travel cots (two available)
The villa is priced based on a maximum of 10 occupants. However, there is the capacity for 16 occupants with travel cots, sofa bed in lounge, and hire of bedroom in games room.

Hi Vicky, I just wanted to say "thanks very much for allowing us to use your lovely villa" - the tennis court, basketball, trampoline and pool were all great for the kids (teenagers).We didnt want to pry but when we (carefully) used the snooker room, we couldnt help but notice someones great taste in music - You're mum was great and so hospitable - We all had a great time.
