A spacious and very luxurious south west-facing ground floor apartment provides very comfortable all-year-round accommodation for up to 6 persons. Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and Euros.
Returning customers or those requiring long winter lets, etc, please contact us for special rates. Our prices are based on up to 4 persons sharing and include electricity, water and free use of the pool, tennis, gymnasium, saunas, jacuzzi, etc. Please add 5% for each extra person over 4 persons.
Changeover day
Arrival/departure times are normally 4pm/Midday respectively & changeover day Saturday but we try to keep it as flexible as possible. If you're struggling to fit into these timings let us know your preferences and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared by our management staff prior to your arrival. Plenty of freshly laundered towels and linen are supplied as are 4 lovely big beach towels for the pool side. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated, and enjoys a wonderful log fire to make those occasional chilly winter evenings snug and cosy. Being on the ground floor it is considered particularly suitable for children and you will be able to keep an eye on them playng in the pool from your terrace just 30 meters away. There is secure underground parking with elevators to bring you up to your apartment door in style. There is a 24 hour security guard around the complex and you can control visitors to your accommodation via a video link in the kitchen. Cots are available to hire if required. There are beautifully cool and comfortable leather sofas in the lounge where you can relax and watch the Sky TV or a DVD, or simply listen to your favourite CD. Both end seats of the 3-seater sofa are reclinable should you fancy an after-lunch 'nap', and the large terrace has both sunny and shaded areas where you can dine 'al fresco' or sunbath in privacy on the sun loungers provided.
Accessibility
The property is wheelchair friendly and there is a hydraulic powered lift at the poolside to enable the elderly or disabled to access the water safely. The apartment is on the ground floor and there are elevators to and from the garage. The poolside can be easily accessed from the apartment without having to encounter any steps. There are both male and female toilets and showers at the poolside and professional life guards are in attendance during the day. The pool area is truly superb.
Outside
Approximately half of your large terrace is covered and shaded, the other half being suitable for the keen sun-worshippers in your party! A table and chairs are provided on the terrace for those alfresco dining events as and when required. The elderly or infirm will benefit from being able to safely and easily gain access into and out of the pool by means of a powered chair lift. Step off the terrace straight into the landscaped gardens which lead quickly to the beautiful poolside but a stone's throw away. Just beyond the pool you will find a huge jacuzzi, a new gym with saunas and racket ball courts, all of which may be used free of charge. A stroll through the landscaped gardens will bring you to the main gate of the development. The beautiful beach is just 100 meters away and accessed via a safe pedestrian-only route. Here you will find 2 lovely beach restaurant bars (Flamenco shows are often held) with beautiful views to the Atlas Mountains of Africa and the Rock of Gibraltar.
Coast/Beach
The beach is just a 5 minute walk from the complex and is simply beautiful. There are 2 splendid bar/restaurants, showers, sun beds and fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea. You can indulge in speed boating, water skiing, scuba diving, fishing and sailing to your heart’s content. There are many fabulous beaches to be found along this part of the Andalucian coast and you can walk for miles along the sand stopping now and again to refresh yourselves at the numerous beach cafes along the way.
Golf
Numerous beautiful world-class golf courses can be found within just a few minutes drive from your front door - they don't call it the 'Costa Del Golf for nothing! Atalaya Golf Course is within walking distance of the apartment, the famous Valderama Ryder Cup Course is approximately 30 minutes by car, to name but a couple. Don't worry if you don't have your own equipment with you on holiday - you can hire everything you need at the club.
Skiing
Or why not go skiing for the day in the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains just a couple of hours away by car. (Do check for snow first!) Once again you can hire ski clothing, skis, boots, passes, etc, at the bottom of the slopes if you haven't taken your own with you or, indeed, if you are a complete novice and just want to 'give it a go'. These are some of the best ski slopes to be found anywhere in Europe and the whoe area present stunning scenery.
Special interest holidays
Are you retired and wishing to escape the cold, wet northern winter? See our very special rates for long winter lets between November and March. Our long winter let rates include your heating, electricity, community charges, etc., so it's easier to budget and you know in advance where you are with your finances.
Travel
A car is not essential but is recommended and not expensive. It will make collecting heavy supermarket loads much more pleasant and will enable you to access the many worthwhile area attractions much more easily. If you are travelling to Spain by car, the ports of Bilbao and Santander in the north are approximately 680 miles from the apartment via Madrid. If flying, Malaga, Jerez or Gibraltar airports are the closest, about 40 minutes or so should do it.
Distances
Marbella (night-life, marina, the old Orange Square, wonderful shops, etc) is approximately 5 miles.
Puerto Banus (luxury yachts, celebrity watching, cafes, night-life, shops and stores, etc) is about 3 miles.
Estepona (beaches, shops, restaurants, parks, etc) is just 10 miles away.
Selwo Big Game Park is approx 7 miles away.
Ronda (famous old bridge across the gorge) is about 30 miles.
Benahavis (internationally famous for its fine Spanish restaurants) is just 6 miles into the foothills.
Further details
Many shops, restaurants, bars, banks and beaches are within walking distance of the complex. The best supermarkets are a little further and may require a car or taxi/bus if you are anticipating a serious shopping trip.
Buses to most towns in the area can be accessed on the main road behind the complex. These are generally prompt, clean and inexpensive.
Taxis can be summoned by telephone - you will find listings in our apartment Welcome brochure - or engaged at the taxi rank outside the complex.
Please remember that bookings are accepted entirely at holidaymakers' own risk and adequate travel insurance is strongly recommended, thank you.
Booking notes
Our prices includes electricity and duvets, pillows, linen and towels (inc. beach towels) are provided. The apartment will be cleaned by us before and after your holiday and Maid Service is available if required; please ask for rates. A Welcome Pack of 'goodies' is available for approx £15 if required. 25% of the total rental is due upon booking, the balance plus a refundable security deposit of £100 (against breakages, losses, etc) is required six weeks prior to rental commencement please.
