Villa Sharonade is a spacious 3 bedroom Spanish style Finca on one level, situated in the centre of Javea. 1km from the sandy beach just off the main Cabo la Nao road to the Arenal beach. The villa has air conditioning at an extra charge . We also have spectacular views of the Montgo Mountain. We are only 1km from the sandy beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The supermarket Mercadona is 2 minutes away. The villa is on a 1/4 of an acre of land and is enclosed with a wall surround and trees. It is a villa and a home of tasteful modern décor with all modern amenities and not situated on an urbanization. Quiet location with orange groves and grape vine yard surroundings.Close to the beach. It is available all year round Swimming pool of 8x5 and has a shallow end suitable for children. Beautiful Tosca stone outside Shower and WC. Children very welcome, plenty of garden to run around, Outdoor table tennis table, shaded by Palm trees.Plenty of garden furniture. BBQ. Bus Airport transfers.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Minimum of one week's stay. Discounts for less persons in the months of February and October please inquire. Discounts for 3 and 4 week bookings out of season. Minibus transfers available, and car hire please ask. Air-conditioning and heating is charged, normal usage 50 euros per week . Security damage deposit of £500 required one week in advance.

Bedlinen and towels are included in the price. The maids arrive on Saturday mornings to change bedlinen and clean bathrooms. We ask you to vacate the villa at this time. Beach towels can be supplied at 5 euros each per week. |
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning at an extra charge. Very safe villa for children and families with plenty of space inside and out. As the villa is on one Level, suitable for all ages. Shower rooms are both new and beautifully designed. Lounge has been completely re furbished with beautiful L-shaped sofas in suede material. (Throws are available to place over the furniture to ensure no marks from little ones).
Accessibility
The driveway is a gravel drive.There are 3 steps upon entrance to the villa and the rest of the villa is flat. Certain wheelchairs (Older styles) may have difficulty going through the shower room doors. Around the swimming pool is tiled.
Outside
Built on a quarter of an acre, with beautiful gardens enclosed by a tall hedge and walls. Not overlooked. Porch entrance and electric gates with car port. 3 beautiful tall palm trees surround the swimming pool giving shade when required. Lots of flowers and bushes. Gardener arrives twice a week as does pool cleaner. Pool is 8x5 and starts at 1 metre to 1 meter 90. The villa has orange, lemon and grapefruit trees where you can squeeze your own fresh orange juice every morning in the juicer provided. A ceramic tiled purpose built BBQ. Outside table, chairs, fridge/freezer, sunloungers and sun shade. Table tennis!
Golf
15 mins can get you to La Sella 18 hole golf course.
Travel
The nearest airport is Alicante followed by Valencia. We can arrange return transfers from the airports. Car is not essential (although useful) as supermarkets, shops banks, bars, cafes, beach is all within walking distance. It can take between 7 - 12 min's to walk to the sandy Arenal beach.Lots of shops cafes banks on the way.
Further details
Mini golf , Go carts, Laguna pool and animal farm within walking distance. Excursions to Terra Mitica, Aqualandia (Water Park), Mundamar (Sea world) and Vergel safari park can be arranged with mini bus transport. Please ask for prices.
Booking notes
25% deposit is required to hold booking, a further 25% on 15 January 2008 and the final balance due 2 months prior to your holiday. Security deposit of £500 is required one week in advance.

I would say go there to anyone deciding on a villa you won't be disappointed at all. My children were so happy in the garden and around the pool. We have just come home from our holiday at Sharonade and I have re booked for next year! I would love to own this villa, it is so pretty, the gardens are well kept and the house is beautiful. Wow, was the word I used as we opened the gate to Sharonade, absolutely breath taking. Although Javea is lovely we really didn't want to go anywhere else except around the pool.ordered the delivery service form the restaurants 3 times in our 2 weeks. Indian Palace, La Bohem and a paella. Brilliant! Mum, Dad, Dale and our 3 children walked everywhere.
