Villa Diana is a large spacious villa providing accommodation on two levels set in its own grounds in Orbeta, very near the village of Orba. The villa has its own pool and spectacular views of the mountains and to the sea at Denia. There are restaurants close to the villa and Orba itself has many excellent restaurants and bars, internet cafes. shops, banks and bakeries. The villa can be rented 4 bedroom sleeps 8 plus cots or 2 bedroom sleeps 4, 2 bedroom rental £450 - £500. If the 2 bedroom option is taken please be assured that you would be the only guests at the villa.

Notes on prices
Prices for the property per week are shown in UK Pounds, payment in Euros is acceptable, 25% deposit required on booking. Balance plus refundable key and security deposit of £200 to be paid eight weeks prior to departure. High season villa rental times are to arrive after 2pm and depart before 10am at all other times we will be more flexible.If wishing to take the 2 bedroom option the prices are £450 / £500.

Changeover day
Change over day is flexible arriving after 2pm, departing by 10.am. In off peak times this can be even more flexible.

Bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms on the first floor (1 double bed with en-suite, 1 twin bed ).
2 double bedrooms on lower floor ( 1 double bed, 1 twin bed ) both with en-suites.
All bedrooms have fans and mosquito nets.
Bathrooms: Main shower room on first floor with shower, toilet, wash hand basin and shaver point
En-suite to bedroom 1 with toilet, wash hand basin, shower and shaver point.
En-suites to bedrooms 3/4 both have bath,shower wash hand basins and toilet.
Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board. Plenty of china, cutlery and cooking utensils. Kitchen and all the top part of the villa has been totally re tiled.
Utility Room: Washing machine. Sun bed covers and umbrellas.
Living Rooms: Delightful lounge with ceiling fan, log fire and heaters for cooler evenings. There is comfortable seating for 8, a t.v, d.v.d player and a selection of DVDs a CD player and a bookcase with a selection of books for holiday reading.
Other: The dining room has a sofa for relaxing a dining table with seating for 8 plus high chairs when needed a ceiling fan and all around views of the pool area, mountains and to the sea at Denia, there is a door leading to the sun terrace.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and bed linen are provided. Linen and towels are changed weekly. Linen is provided for cots. Villa is cleaned before and after lets. Beach and pool towels are not provided, we request that you please bring your own.

Notes on accommodation
Villa Diana can be rented as a 4 bedroom or a 2 bedroom villa. Please be assured that should you choose the 2 bedroom option that you would be the only guests at the villa. Children are very welcome at Villa Diana, should cots and high chairs be needed please request these on booking, there will not be a charge for this service.

Accessibility
There are just a few steps to the main door of the villa, the rest is mainly flat.

Outside
There are gates to the front of the villa. There is ample parking,and covered parking. The pool area has plenty of room for sunbathing with its pool, shower and traditional Spanish barbecue. There is poolside furniture including a traditional dining table and seating for 8 for dining alfresco.

Coast/Beach
The beaches at Javia Denia, Calpe, Moraira and Gandia are approximately 20 minutes by car. Benidorm is a 40 minute drive. There are many other beaches in the area to explore such as Altea.

Golf
Javea Campo de Golf Javea 20 Minutes by car. Denia Club de Golf La Sella 18 holes. Great course, fast greens. 20 Minutes by car. Oliva Oliva Nova Golf Club. 18 holes Great Course. 40 minute drive.

Travel
The nearest airports are Alicante and Valancia, both a little over 1 hour from the villa, via A7 motorway. Maps

Nearest village 5 minutes. Denia, Javea and Moraira 20 minutes

Further details
Orba is half way between Alicante and Valencia. It is a real Spanish village with orange, lemon trees and of course olive trees growing in abundance. The beaches of Javea and Denia are approximately 20 minutes away, there are many other beaches in the area to explore. Orba is a really pretty Spanish village offering so much and an ideal base to explore surrounding areas. Close by are many interesting towns and villages including the historic cliff top castle at Guadalest built by the Moors around 300BC. Most of these towns and villages have a weekly market and throughout the year fiestas. Go-carting, quad-biking, boat trips,horse riding and walking are all available. Snorkelling is available off the coast of Denia and for keen golfers there are many courses to play a round or two. The Aqualandia Water Park and the Mundomar Marine Animal Park can be found in the lovely old town at Benidorm. Ther are restaurants near to the villa and Orba itself has many exellent restaurants, bars, internet cafes, shops, banks and bakeries. There is also a brand new medical centre. The villa is supported by our local manager, should there be any problems during your stay a call to the manager will elicit the necessary help. She is also a mind of information on local attractions and restaurants.

Booking notes
A none returnable deposit of 25% is required on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £200 is required with the balance payment. This deposit will be returned on receipt of the keys and a report of no damage to the property.

I live in England with my husband, we both work but manage to spend plenty of time holidaying at our home in Spain where over the years we have made many good friends. We love the Costa Blanca North and always look forward to returning.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We love the Orba and Jalon valley areas, we are surrounded by oranges, lemons and olives growing in abundance. We have wonderful mountain views where you can walk,cycle or drive and at certain times of the year feast your eyes on the wonderful cherry orchards. Whilst we are close to the mountains its only a 20 minute drive to any number of beaches infact Denia can be seen from our terrace, so we can have the busy beaches and then return to the peace and tranquillity of our villa. We chose the Costa Blanca North because of its very healthy climate and its position, which is such a good base from which to explore surrounding areas. My husband and myself are very much looking forward to the time when we can make the villa our permanant home.

Unique benefits of the property
There are bars and retaurants near to the villa. Orba has every thing that one needs, many restaurants and bars, there are banks, shops, chemist, internet cafe and a very modern health centre and a really lovely old church. The villa has its own pool and there is covered parking,there are gates to the villa to keep children safe from wandering. We provide a welcome pack to get you started we also provide toilet and kitchen rolls, dishwasher and washing machine detergent, toilet soap and all cleaning materials. The villa is an equal distance from Alicante or Valencia Airport both just over an hours drive, maps will be supplied on booking.
