The property has stunning views of the mountains and sea, and has been furnished to a high standard. The apartment has 24 hours concierge and is therefore very secure. It offers complete privacy due to its location on the complex - no one can overlook the apartment. There is an outdoor swimming pool (which is clearly seen from the terrace) and an indoor spa. It has beautiful gardens and the golf course is only a few minutes walk away. With the flat comes 2 car parking spaces which are underground - hence very secure. There is a mangement team who will greet you on arrival and will also stock the apartment with food prior to your arrival. The apartment has a wi-fi internet connection, and also has a telephone line which allows you to make local calls. The apartment is also fully alarmed. Blackout electric shutters are also present, these add to security and also block out the sun for those who wish a lie in the mornings.

Accessibility
Despite being on the top floor there is a lift from the underground car park to the penthouse apartment.

There are no beaches at a walking distance. However, Laguna beach is only a 10 minute drive from the apartment.

The apartment does not come with golf access but there are golf clubs so this apartment would also be ideal for keen golfers.

Nearest airport is Malaga airport. Car hire is available from the airport at very affordable prices.
Further details
The main shopping area will be Marbella which is about 20 minutes drive. If you are interested in designer boutiques then Puerto Banus is 10 minutes away.
