Good size villa, suitable for families or groups of adults. Although hillside location, main garden and pool area on flat area. Property does have central heating and open fire for guests during out of main season rentals.

Accessibility
No specific facilities for wheelchair users, although bedrooms are located on road level and garden area is flat.

Two ground floor terrace areas for dining (one covered). Terrace leading off bedrooms with views to sea. Private pool is entered via shallow steps suitable for young children leading to a depth of approx 6ft 6ins. The pool is surrounded by grassy area. Garden furniture, loungers, BBQ all available for guests to use.
Coast/Beach
Local beach Calonge St. Antoni approx 5 mins by car. Many beautiful unspoilt bays, Agua Blava, LLFranc, Calella, all within 20 mins reach.
Golf
Mas Nou Golf Course (Platja D'Aro) appprox 15 mins by car, 3 courses in Pals area approx 20 mins by car. Costa Brava Golf Club at St. Christina 20 mins away and PGA Catalunya Golf course about 40 mins by Car. Tee off times can be pre-booked by arrangement. Proof of handicap often required.
Travel
Nearest airport is Girona serviced by Ryanair is 30 mins drive, Barcelona serviced by Easyjet is approx 90 mins drive. French border is 45 mins drive and Calais channel port is approx 12 hours drive. Self drive or car hire recommended. Owner can recommend several efficient car hire companies that can be pre-booked and collected from airport.
Distances
Calonge the nearest village is approx 2 mins drive with various supermarkets. There is an excellent local restaurant within walking distance. Beautiful Begur, Pals and Peratallada medieval villages within 20 mins by car. Barcelona within easy reach for day trip as well as the South of France.

Wide variety of restaurants all within easy reach by car, recommendations can be given. Many marked footpaths and cycle paths nearby with bike hire 5 mins away. 30% deposit required within 5 working days of reservation. Balance to be paid within 8 weeks of arrival. Refundable deposit of 300 euros taken upon arrival.
