Offering numerous sandy beaches, and a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants, Las Fuentas also has an extremely scenic port where the night life starts and finishes. Located 1 hour north of Valencia and 2 hours south of Barcelona. A car is essential to discover all the 5 beaches and inland villages and towns. Linen is provided free but laundry will be charged at 2€ per item. We will waive this charge providing the number of items does not exceed 30 and the villa is left in a clean and acceptable condition for the "changeover" cleaners and incoming guests. |

The property is cleaned between changeovers, and linen and bath towels are provided. Please provide your own beach and swimming pool towels. |
Notes on accommodation
Pets are not allowed.
The private villa is situated on one level accessible through the garden by a flight of steps (the ground floor is void - garage / for further development of 3 bedrooms in the future).
The "changeover" cleaners' mandate is to collect the dirty linen, check the inventory and property for any damage and make the villa presentable for the incoming guests as you would expect on your arrival.
Las Fuentas is situated on the Orange Blossom Coast and is set in a typical coastal picturesque Spanish Region of ‘Costa Del Azahar’. Surrounded by miles of beaches and inland mountains and fortresses to ward off the enemy.

Accessibility
Unsuitable for the infirm as wheelchairs are inaccessible.
Outside
The large semi-covered veranda which seats a comfortable 8 people with open BBQ overlooks the garden and swimming pool and view to the sea. Large private garden with private pool and fresh water shower.
Coast/Beach
There are 5 delightful beaches nearby which all have EU blue flag awards. To walk to the nearest beach would take you about 15 mins, but we would recommend driving which would only take about 5-7 mins in an air conditioned car. Rocky outcrops and restaurants are found between the sandy coves.
Golf
Panoramica Country Club (Bernard Langer 18 Hole Par 72) or Club Mediterrano (Sergio Garcia's Home Course) both about 30 mins away. For more details please contact the Golf Clubs.
Skiing
Approx 90 mins by car to the Spanish Resort at Valdines. Andorra is approx a 4 hour drive.

Further details
Las Fuentas and Alcossebre have an extensive range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants to suit all tastes. We will give you a list of the best before your departure, having been in the area for over 20 years. There is a Medical Centre, Tourist Office, Doctors' Surgery, Dentists, and Pharmacies. The nearest Major Hospitals are Castellon and Vinaros which are about 40 minutes away - and there is very little queuing.
