The Villa is situated about half way between Valencia and Alicante on the Costa Blanca (about 1 hours drive from either) and has superb views of the surrounding valley, hills and sea. It is the ideal retreat for a quiet family/friends holiday only 15 minutes drive from the beach; also most of the attractions of the Costa Blanca are within half an hours drive (Benidorm is about 35 mins). The local village is just a few minutes walk away through an orange grove and has 3 bars/restaurants, a shop and a bank. The villa itself can sleep 4/6. Outside there is a private kidney shaped pool with extensive terracing, covered patio area and a heated shower. It has 2 bedrooms (master bedroom en-suite), main bathroom, kitchen, dining area and the main living room (where 2 people may sleep). There is also a kids play area a couple of minutes walk from the villa. To ensure that all guests enjoy the Villa at its best we request that guests do not smoke inside the Villa or bring their pets.
