This apartment is a few minutes walk from the Las Marinas sandy beach and a 10 minute walk from Denia town centre, with its castle, port, marina, shops and many bars and restaurants. The newly built Elegance complex has an excellent range of communal facilities, including internet room, indoor children's play area, gym and a large shaded seating area. There is also a dolphin-shaped pool, with children's pool, in landscaped gardens where sun loungers are provided. There is an allocated underground parking space, with lift access to the apartment, and video entry phone.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Apartment will be available from 4 pm and should be vacated by 10 am on departure. However, depending on other bookings, these times are flexible (please check).

Coast/Beach
Denia has many long stretches of sandy beach, with bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is just a 3 minute level walk from the apartment.
Golf
Golf courses (18 hole) located in Oliva and La Sella, within 20 minute drive. There are also 9-hole courses in Moraira, Javea and Altea.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are both approximately one hour's drive. Car hire is not essential, as there are train and bus services along the coast. However, for those who wish to hire a car to explore the area, we recommend Victoria Rent-A-Car.
Distances
Denia town centre, Port and Marina are all a 15 minute walk away. There are many good restaurants, bars, shops and the famous tree-lined Calle Marquis de Campo. There is a regular ferry service from the Port to the Balearic Islands. The A7 motorway is easily reached and in one hour you can drive north to Valencia or south to Alicante. In Benidorm (a 30 minute drive), you can visit the Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar marine animal park, Terra Natura and Terra Mitica theme parks.
Further details
The Daniya Spa Hotel opposite the Elegance complex provides spa facilities, Denia Tennis Club is nearby and there is a supermarket a 5-minute walk away.

Book by telephone or e-mail.
Non-refundable deposit of 25% will secure the booking.
Balance required four weeks prior to holiday, together with a £100 security deposit which will be refunded on return of keys and receipt of no damage report.
On receipt of balance, keys will be sent by post.
