This beautiful villa, Casa Palmosa, is situated on the top of a small hill looking over the valley towards the Mediterranean sea. The villa is located in the lovely authentic village of Polop de la Marina, only a 15 minutes drive from Benidorm, Altea and the Altea Golf Club. Five more golf courses can be found within 30 minutes. The entire villa is surrounded by a beautiful large cultivated garden with a private swimming pool and multiple terraces that offer a lot of privacy. Two additional terraces can be found around the villa. One of these is covered by a roof, where you can relax in the shadow and enjoy your meals. The villa is fully equipped with two modern kitchens with all facilities. The top floor has 3 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a comfortable living with open fireplace, satellite TV, stereo system, heating and air conditioning. The ground floor has 2 twin bedrooms, a spacious luxurious bathroom and a comfortable living with full equipment.

We don't charge you for children under the age of 18 month (a child's bed can be rented). Bed, bath and kitchen linen: 12 euros per person (can be changed weekly). Cost of cleaning: 150 euros. Electricity: € 0,18 per kWh.
Changeover day
Saturdays: Arrival after 04.00 pm. Departure before 10.00 am
Other changeover days can be discussed.

There are 3 terraces within the private cultivated garden(2100 m2). Two sun terraces and one terrace situated directly outside the living, covered by a roof. The private swimming pool with roman steps is completely surrounded by a large terrace. There is a parking area for several cars.

The beaches of Altea and Playa de Albir are only 15 minutes away. The famous Villajoyosa and Benidorm beaches are only a 20 minute drive away.

Altea is situated on the Costa Blanca between Valencia and Alicante. In this beautiful surrounding with orange and lemon plantations you can find everything that gives Spain its attractiveness: sun, sea, the beach and silence. Altea is an old fishermen and artist village. In the middle of the town on top of the hill you can find the dome with its blue cupolas. The old centre is built of small streets where many artists have their studios and were many typical Spanish restaurants can be found.
For family fun with or without kids: Terra Mittica, Aqualandia and Mundomar offer excitement and thrill throughout the year.

1st payment (30% of total rent) within 5 days after reservation. Rest of rental costs are due at least 6 weeks before start of the rental period.
Deposit € 500. In the event of cancellation up to 60 days before the day of arrival: 30% of the rental sum; In the event of cancellation from the 60th day (inclusive) until the day of arrival: the full rental sum;

About the owner
In my daily work I own a company that advises entrepreneurs on their financial planning. Because I don’t have enough time anymore to visit Casa Palmosa more than twice a year, I have decided to let others enjoy the villa as well. For me it was the most important that my guests would enjoy their staying and feel welcome from the moment of arrival until they leave. Therefore it took me quite some time to find the right property management agency that treats my guests just as I would do. It is my goal to make guests as much as comfortable as possible in aim to let them return to Casa Palmosa every year.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
My name is Roger van Stuyvenberg and I own Casa Palmosa together wilt my parents. We are Dutch origin and we bought the property in 2000. The reason we let casa Palmosa built was because we fell in love with the spot. The magnificent view towards the sea on one side and the mountains on the other side made us decide to built our own dream house in this lovely Spanish area. This was the only spot we could find were we had privacy and tranquility, and only had to drive a few minutes to enjoy the beaches and exciting lifestyle the Costa Blanca is famous for.
