Built to a luxury specification, this non-smoking property has lovely views over the town to mountains and down to the sea. It is situated on the favoured east side of town – a quiet residential area - just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Burriana Beach (blue flag), and 15 minutes walk to the town centre with its quaint streets and terrific choice of restaurants and bars. The villa has been designed to take advantage of its south-westerly aspect with good sized terraces on four levels – the roof (with panoramic views of the entire area), the living area (with large table and six chairs for alfresco dining) bedrooms (with outside terrace), and the pool area (with 6 sun-beds, 2 umbrellas and small side tables). This recently extended pool area now has covered terrace with kitchenette/bathroom facilities. The lounge is modern and very spacious with a flat-screen TV (satellite), air-conditioning with double-sized patio doors leading onto a large terrace with retractable sun awning.

Notes on prices
Prices are per week in sterling and are calculated at a daily rate when periods cross over.
20% discount for winter lets of 4 weeks plus. Pool heating is charged at £55 (70 euros) per week.

Changeover day
Saturday is preferred changeover day in July & August. In busy summer periods check in would be after 2pm and check out by 10am. However, we aim to be flexible on these times if required.

Bedrooms: All have quality Scandinavian furniture, built in wardrobes, ceiling fans and sliding French doors opening onto a terrace.
Bedroom 1 has king-sized bed and air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2 has double bed.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds.
Bathrooms: En-suite to master bedroom comprising large shower unit, wc, bidet, large washbasin and cabinet.
Second bathroom comprising bath/shower over, wc, bidet, large washbasin and cabinet.
Separate wc/laundry room.
Kitchen: The kitchen is beautifully fitted with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all you will need to make your stay at the villa comfortable.
Utility Room: The cloakroom includes a washing machine.
Living Rooms: The villa has an open-plan lounge/dining area with double-sized sliding doors leading on to a large terrace. There are two leather sofas, coffee tables, CD player, dining table with 6 chairs, air conditioning, 42" plasma TV with DVD/Sky Sports and Movies.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bath towels and bedlinen are all supplied within the rental, providing sufficient quantities for your party numbers. For stays of more than one week, fresh linen and towels will be replaced weekly. Please bring beach towels.

 

Notes on accommodation
Pool heating is available, if required, at an additional cost of 70 euros per week.
Air conditioning to lounge/dining area and master bedroom. Ceiling fans to all bedrooms. Electric radiators are available for winter lets. Because of the multi-level terraces and marble staircase, we do not recommend this property to families with very young children.

Accessibility
It is a 5 minute walk to Burriana Beach, but allow 10 minutes to get back because of the hill.

Outside
The villa has good sized terraces on 4 levels providing shade as required. The living area terrace has a retractable awning, dining table and 6 chairs. The enlarged pool area has ample sunbeds, umbrellas and side tables, as well as a kitchenette and bathroom/wc. There is also an exercise bike for the more energetic. The roof terrace has a table and 4 chairs. For morning sun, there is a breakfast area to the front of the property with a beautiful pergola planted with bougainvillea.

Coast/Beach
The villa is 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Burriana Beach (blue flag). Here, there are many restaurants providing Spanish, English and Continental cuisine, the most famous being Ayo's where '1 metre wide paella' is cooked on the beach daily.

Golf
The nearest golf course is Baviera Golf (18 holes), 15 minutes drive.

Travel
The villa is only 45 minutes easy drive from Malaga Airport. Alternatively, Granada Airport is about 90 minutes drive through the beautiful mountain scenery.

Distances
Unlike many of the towns on the western side of Malaga, Nerja has developed slowly and avoided dense high-rise development, preserving the character of the old town. It is a 15 minute walk to the town centre, where there is a terrific choice of restaurants and bars. Local villages worth visiting are Maro, where the Nerja Caves are located and Frigiliana, a restored Roman town.

Further details
Shopping is easy with good supermarkets and banks close by, and many stylish boutiques in and around the town centre. Activities in the area include fishing, scuba-diving and sailing, horse-riding, paragliding and mountain biking.

25% non-refundable deposit required on booking. Balance plus £200 refundable security deposit to cover breakages, loss of equipment and excess cleaning due 6 weeks prior to holiday.
