Changeover day
Changeover dates are flexible. Apartment available after 3pm on day of arrival and departure time from apartment by 10am on last day.

Accessibility
Suitable for wheelchair access. There are wheelchair ramps to communal areas and lifts to each floor.
Outside
Patio furniture for terrace area. Sun loungers for use at pool side. Complex has 2 swimming pools plus 2 children’s pools, play areas and tennis courts. Just outside of the complex (50yds) is a large purpose built BBQ area with bar where you can take your own food and eat alfresco. Bar serves snacks and cheap drinks! Also a Spanish restaurant and bar next to complex. English bar - 5 minutes walk.
Coast/Beach
Feungirola or La Cala beaches are 10 minutes by car. There are many other great beaches all along the Mijas Costa. Cabopino, one of the best is 15 min drive away along the coast towards Marbella. All have facilities including bars, restaurants, toilets and showers. Sunbeds and parasols may be hired for the day.
Golf
Ideal for golfers looking to locate in the heart of the Costa del Golf. The apartment is only a 'short iron' away from the 2 x18 hole Robert Trent Jones designed courses at Mijas Golf and within a 30 min drive of 25 plus golf courses situated along the beautiful coast of the Costa del Sol, it truly is a golfers paradise. Advise on the best courses is available.
Travel
25 mins from Malaga airport or a train to Feungirola then a 10 min taxi ride. We would advise you to hire a car to get the best from your stay.
Distances
Feungirola 5 min drive. Mijas Pueblo, a white washed village is 10 min drive. La Cala 10 min drive. Puerto Cabopino 15 min drive. Benalmadena 10 mins drive. The exclusive resorts of Marbella & Puerto Banus are a 25 min drive.
Further details
There is plenty to do around Mijas Costa. Safe and clean beaches are within a short drive. Within a 5 min drive you have Feungirola, a bustling and vibrant town, where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment to suit everyone. Weekly market. An Aquapark is just down the road as well a Go-Karts, Quad Biking, Fuengirola Zoo, Horse Racing and many other places to visit such as Tivoli World, Seaworld, Selwo Dolphin Park. The old and historical towns of Grenada and Seveille are about 2 hours drive. Gibralter is a must; here you can see the Barbary Apes, the Seige Tunnels and St.Micheal's caves. Shopping is duty free! Nearer to home is Mijas Village just a 10 min drive up into the hills. Mijas is a famous white washed village with wonderful views, great shops and restaurants and its very own bull ring. You can take the donkey ride around the village to appreciate it wonderful character.
