Changeover day
Apartment is available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am of departing day, unless otherwise pre-arranged. We prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings but we are flexible where possible, please enquire upon booking.

Notes on accommodation
The living room and bedrooms 1 and 2 are all fully air-conditioned, along with central heating for the winter periods.
Accessibility
2 x lifts serves from the underground car park to all levels of the Apartment block.
Outside
The terrace is furnished to a high standard incorporating lounge and dining furniture. There are also sunloungers for use on the Terrace and around the pool and also there are beach towels for use. We also have a gas BBQ for use on the Terrace. There is a large communal swimming pool and children's pool only a minutes' walk from the apartment, which can also be viewed from the terrace.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are located at Los Alcazares and Santiago De La Ribera, about a 15 min drive. These can be found either via Los Alcazares or San Javier. The beach at Los Alcazares is a lovely stretch of soft sand with various restaurants and bars. The water of the Mar Menor is very warm and children will love it. The beach at Santiago De La Ribera is a smaller beach in a bay with restaurants and bars. There is also a play area for children. Both beaches are maintained to a high standard.
Golf
Designed by Nicklaus Design, the La Torre Golf Resort course offers 18 holes, par 68 and four sets of tees. (Provisional distances (metres): (black) 5,350; (blue) 4,934; (white) 4,422; (red) 3,822)
It features over five hectares of sophisticated bunkers that separate the holes, creating strategic points which provide added value to the shots, plus, a denser grass was planted around the bunkers, creating the optimum wind shot effect. The course therefore offers challenging conditions and impeccable playing surfaces which make the course a pleasure to play. Three lakes will complete the exuberant landscape of this course. One of the shorter courses, the La Torre Golf Resort is ideal for both average players and those with a high handicap. At the same time, La Torre Golf Resort preserves the challenge for experienced players who, teeing off from the furthest tee, will have to devise the appropriate strategy to cover the fairway with the perfect shot.
Travel
If you are planning your vacation with us in the Costa Calida area, the Airport of Murcia San Javier (20 mins drive) would be the ideal arrival and departure destination. If you are unable to fly to Murcia then you might want to consider Alicante Airport (55 mins drive) with many more international connections especially during the summer months.
Further details
The Clubhouse and Town Centre are just a few minutes walk from the Apartment. At the heart of La Torre you will find the spectacular 5 Star clubhouse with the Woodhouse restaurant and bar. There are also other Restaurants within the Town Centre together with an Irish Bar and The Bamboo Bar which is also a Restaurant. The Limenro Restaurant also has a bar upstairs. There is also now a 5 Star Intercontinental Hotel which has various Restaurants and Bars. There is also a Supermarket, Pharmacy, Hairdressers, Health and Beauty shop and numerous other pools and tennis courts within this Resort, which has private access with a 24 hour barrier controlled security. There is a free shuttle bus service which travels regularly to and from the other nearby Polaris World Resorts of El Valle and Hacienda Riquelme. There is also a Cajamurcia Bank with cash machine on site.
Booking notes
A non-refundable £100 deposit required at time of booking. 4 weeks prior to departure the full balance is due, plus a refundable £150 breakages deposit. Payment can be made by cheque or by Paypal (this does incur a small admin fee). Cleaning/hire of towels/beach towels and linen is 60 Euros payable to our key holders on site. We also include in this price a comprehensive Meet and Greet service with our Keyholders who will show you around the apartment and give you any useful information.

We are a group of family and friends who live in England and absolutely love Spain and try to spend as much time as is possible enjoying the apartment. La Torre is a great location for our needs, being a short flight away with great weather and facilities.
Cheryl, Mark & Maia (5) - we go to the apartment as much as we can and absolutely love it. Its such a relaxing place to go and to us its our 2nd home.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We chose La Torre to purchase our apartment as it is in such a great location being a short flight from the UK and our apartment is only 15 mins away from San Javier airport. The region of Murcia boasts an all year round warm temperature with the Mar Menor and beaches all within easy reach.
La Torre is in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of a typical beach resort. There is plenty to do on site with everything there for your needs. If you wish to investigate further, then the beaches are only 15 mins away by car and Los Alcazares is a great town with some lovely restaurants and shops.
The choice is yours, we like the fact that you can just totally relax and remain on La Torre or you can hire a car and go exploring with some great places to see close by.
Unique benefits of the property
Our apartment is located in a peaceful location and has one of the best views of the lake and golf course on La Torre. We have a huge L shaped terrace which is perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing on sun loungers, it also has the sun on it all day into early evening for those BBQ's. We have a gas BBQ for use. We are always getting good comments on the spectacular views from our apartment and the great location with some of our regular renters re-booking with us each year.
There is a large communal swimming pool 1 minute from the apartment which can be viewed from the terrace.
We are a 10 minute walk from the town centre with restaurants and bars.
Our apartment also offers Sky sports TV, a large selection of DVD's, and has full Air Conditioning.
