A remarkably attractive property that is located in a prestigious development that is situated on one of the most unspoilt and attractive beaches on the Costa Del Sol. The apartment is wonderfully situated for a large number of top quality golf clubs and beaches, which provide a range of water sports and beach facilities. Alcaidesa looks over the Mediterranean towards Africa and the village itself has enough amenities on a day to day basis, including a small supermarket, pharmacy and several bars and restaurants round the village square. Just 20 minutes from Gibraltar, Alcaidesa Village is set in beautiful Mediterranean coastal scenery and yet is still close to the shopping and entertainments of Marbella, Estepona and Malaga. The historic town of Ronda and the delightful mountain White Villages are close by and the cultural centres of Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada and Cadiz are easily reached. Day trips to North Africa are a real possibility from nearby Algeciras and Tarifa.

Changeover day is flexible depending on prior bookings.

| Bathrooms: | Both bathrooms are beautifully furnished in marble, well lit and mirrored, with attractive porcelain and high quality fitments. Both consist of bath with shower over, WC, bidet and wash-hand basin. The bathroom to the master bedroom is en-suite. |
| Kitchen: | The well-designed kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, all necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, fridge/freezer, small breakfast table and dishwasher. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is secure, has air-conditioning/heating and is suitable for all ages. There is access from the secure underground carpark by both stairs and lift.
Accessibility
This ground floor apartment is all on one level and easily accessible.
Outside
Large patio doors lead directly from the lounge onto the terrace and garden area, which looks down to the sea with stunning views of the coast. Here you can soak up the sun on the sunbeds or enjoy a cool glass of wine and tapas around the terrace table, watching the sun setting on the sea over the rooftops. The large pool is in an attractive setting, with toilets and showers. A paddle tennis court is nearby.
Coast/Beach
The spectacular blue flag beach is only a ten minute stroll and stretches for more than 2km. There is a chirenquita(beach restaurant) nearby and water sports are available.
Golf
Alcaidesa Village lies central to some of the Costa’s finest golf courses, which are suitable for both novice and most skilled alike. It is sited adjacent to the only 18 hole links golf course on the costa del Sol with access to many other good courses within around 15 minutes drive. To name a few Almanara (10 min), Sotogrande (10 min), San Roque (10 min), the acclaimed Valderama Course (Ryder Cup 1977 host) 10 min), Duquesa (15 min). The local club house has a pleasant bar and restaurant with attractive terrace overlooking the sea. Non-golfing visitors can make use of the club’s facilities for a very reasonable charge.
Special interest holidays
See another side of Andalucia. Why not spend one day of your holiday away from the Costa and in the mountains behind. Four-wheel drive trips, for up to four people, can be arranged to take in the scenery and culture of the Serrania de Ronda. Visit the castles and other historical sites, mountains, river valleys, White Villages and perhaps Ronda itself.

Travel
Gibraltar is the nearest airport at a distance of only 20 minutes drive with car hire available from Gibraltar itself or just over the Spanish border in La Linea. The border between Spain and Gibraltar has recently become more relaxed with long queues now a thing of the past. Jerez Airport is 75 minutes and Malaga Airport around 90 minutes drive.

Distances
Alcaidesa is perfectly situated for access to both the Costa del Sol and the Costa de la Luz. Along the Costa del Sol is Sotogrande at 10 minutes, Puerto de la Duquesa 20 minutes, Estepona 30 minutes and Puerto Banus and Marbella around 40 minutes. Gibraltar is only 20 minutes and Tarifa with its historical town and ferry crossing to Africa only 40 minutes. Tarifa is at the tip of the Costa de la Luz with Cadiz and Jerez only and 75 minutes drive respectively.
Further details
The Costa del Sol generally is famous for its coastal resorts and golf courses all of which are easily accessible from the apartment. Marine activities available locally include swimming, sailing, windsurfing sea fishing, whale and dolphin watching and relaxing on the beach. All amenities are available locally including bars, restaurants, casinos, shops, banks, supermarkets, beauty salons, fitness centre, pharmacies and clinic, most of which are bilingual.
