Living Rooms: Marble flooring throughout, and a very generous living/dining area. There is also satellite television (with the basic package).

Both pools are for the use of the 10 apartments only. These are for use at your own risk, as there is no life-guard. There are sun-loungers surrounding the outdoor pool and patio furniture on the apartments private terrace.

Coast/Beach
Monte Resina is within 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach. In fact, the area is known as 'The Golden mile', because of its beautiful sandy beaches.

Golf
Monte Resina is ideally placed for golf enthusiasts, with over 40 top courses within 40 minutes drive of the apartments. To name a few: La Quinta, Los Arqueros, Los Flamingos, Marbella Club, Monte Mayor Golf & country Club, El Paraiso, Guadalmina North & South, Atalaya Old & New.

Travel
Malaga airport is approx 40 mins drive & car hire is essential

Close to Puerto Banus & Marbella- renowned for stylish restaurants, shopping and sophisticated night life. the port is a haven for impressive yachts. While Benahavis gives a more traditional feel, with cobbled streets, tapas bars and craft shops (also famous for its excellent cuisine). Convenient for trips to Gibraltar, Ronda, Estepona & more. Also great for activites for children, with a sea life centre, safari park, amusement parks and water sports on the doorstep! The perfect place!

Breakage deposit of £100 required (Returned/refunded when apt has been checked for damage).
