The large private garden is ideal for children to play in, as is the surrounding secure areas including the pool and tennis court The 24 hour security combined with the exclusiveness and the quietness of the complex makes the apartment one of the safest areas for children to play freely. Also there is a extensive outside seating area and additional sun loungers to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings on.

Golf
The San Roque Golf Club is the home of the Seve Ballasteros Golf School and two world class 18 hole golf courses, which have been host to the Spanish Open Golf Tournament. The apartment makes an ideal base for golfers to stay. San Roque golf club is located next to Valderrama the host of the Volvo Masters and the legendary 1997 Ryder Cup. The area is referred to as the golfing triangle as there are some of the best golf courses in Europe all within a short drive from the apartment.

Booking notes
Bookings for 2 weeks receive a 25% discount on the weekly price. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or cheque. We accept payment in sterling only. A non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the rental cost will be payable when confirming your reservation. Unfortunately your reservation cannot be held if the funds are not received. The outstanding balance is required to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival date if you are paying by bank transfer.
