The villa is split into 2 self contained units which can be rented individually or as a whole, (Please note: no other groups will be in occupation if you are only renting one unit). The whole villa is furnished to a very high standard providing everything you could wish for to have an enjoyable, relaxing holiday. Both units contain large TVs, DVD players, Satellite TV and come with fully equipped kitchens including dishwashers, washing machines, coffee makers etc. Outside the villa there is a private swimming pool set in landscaped gardens and a driveway to park a car.

Deposit: We take a £200 security deposit in the from of a personal cheque. The destroyed cheque will be returned to you within 2 weeks of the completion of your holiday.

This includes large wide screen TV with satellite and DVD player, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker etc. The living area and master bedroom have air-conditioning and numerous fans are provide for cooling the other 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and is en-suite. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The apartment has been finished to a very high standard providing everything you could wish for to have an enjoyable, relaxing holiday. The apartment has a very large open plan living/dining space with patio doors opening up the front of the apartment out onto the pool area. The air-conditioned living area comprises a seating area with a large L shaped sofa positioned in front of the 42' LCD TV (with satellite and DVD). Then there is a dining area with seating for 6 and a further outside dining are with seating for 8. Notes on accommodation
The town of Torre del Mar is only 3km from Niza Beach and provides everything you will need for a fantastic holiday. There is a large sandy beach backed by a lovely promenade and many international restaurants including traditional Spanish, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Argentinean, Mexican, French, Moroccan and vegetarian. There are also plenty of ice cream parlours 'heladerias' along the seafront serving every type of ice cream and enormous ice cream sundaes. A variety of water sports are available on the beach at Torre del Mar and others at nearby Lake Vinuela and there is a new golf course about 5km away. Torre del Mar is an excellent base from which to explore Andalusia and the Costa del Sol. Granada and it’s fabulous Alhambra can be reached in under 2hrs as can the snow-capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada. Within a 30 min drive of Torre del Mar there are plenty of traditional Spanish villages set amongst beautiful countryside with stunning views.
Accessibility
Apartment 28b is quite suited to the less mobile individual as the is only one small step (approx 4") into the apartment. The rest is all on one level.
Outside
Outside the villa there is a private pool, table seating 8, sun beds, BBQ and a drive to park a car.
Coast/Beach
Sea is approx 1km and the main beach at Torre del mar is approx 3km away.
Travel
Nearest airport is Malaga (approx 25 mins in a car).
